कोरोना के संक्रमण की चेन को तोडने के लिए जिलाधीश श्याम लाल पूनिया ने सब्जी मण्डियों को लेकर आदेश जारी करते हुए कहा कि जिला की सब्जी मण्डियों में सुबह 05 बजे रेहडी फडी वाले फल व सब्जियां खरीदने के आते है तो सब्जी मण्डियों में भीड़ इकट्ठी हो जाती है। जिससे कोरोना संक्रमण के बढने का खतरा बढ जाता है।
- मार्केट कमेटी द्वारा जारी रेटों पर ही बेचे फल व सब्जियां, नहीं तो होगी सख्त कार्रवाई
- मार्केट कमेटी द्वारा सभी रेहडी धारकों को फल व सब्जी बेचने के लिए क्षेत्र अलॉट कर दिए गए है परमिट
- परमिट बगैर फल व सब्जी बेचने वाले रहेडी धारक के खिलाफ की जाएगी सख्त कार्रवाई
- कोरोना संक्रमण के मद्देनजर सब्जी मण्डियों को लेेकर जिलाधीश ने मार्केट कमेटी को दिए दिशा-निर्देश
एसएस न्यूज.सोनीपत। कोरोना के संक्रमण की चेन को तोडने के लिए जिलाधीश श्याम लाल पूनिया ने सब्जी मण्डियों को लेकर आदेश जारी करते हुए कहा कि जिला की सब्जी मण्डियों में सुबह 05 बजे रेहडी फडी वाले फल व सब्जियां खरीदने के आते है तो सब्जी मण्डियों में भीड़ इकट्ठी हो जाती है। जिससे कोरोना संक्रमण के बढने का खतरा बढ जाता है।
आढती नो मास्क नो सर्विस के तहत कार्य करेंगे
जिलाधीश ने कहा कि सब्जी मण्डियों के सभी आढती नो मास्क नो सर्विस के तहत कार्य करेंगे। अगर कोई भी रेहड़ी वाला बिना मास्क के सब्जी मण्डी में आता है तो उसे कोई सामान नहीं दिया जाएगा और उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सब्जी मण्डियों में केवल रेहडी, थोक व खुदरा व्यापारी वालों के लिए फल व सब्जी खरीदने के लिए सुबह 05 बजे से प्रात: 11 बजे का समय निर्धारित किया गया है। इसके अलावा मण्डियों में खुदरा बिकरी तथा मांसाखोरो के बैठने व फल सब्जी बेचने पर पाबंधी रहेगी। यदि कोई आढती, मजदूर व कर्मचारी नियमों की उल्लंघना करता पाया गया तो उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
आढती अपनी-अपनी दुकानों को प्रतिदिन सैनेटाईज करें
जिलाधीश पूनिया ने कहा कि सोनीपत में कामी रोड़ स्थित सब्जी मण्डी के केवल 03 गेट ही खोले जाएंगे। जिसमें एक गेट प्रवेश के लिए तथा 02 गेट निकासी के लिए होंगे। इसके अलावा जिला की अन्य सब्जी मण्डियों में उपमण्डल मैजिस्ट्रेट मार्केट कमेटी के सचिवों से तालमेल बनाकर यह व्यवस्था करवाना सुनिश्चित करें ताकि सब्जी मण्डियों में किसी प्रकार की भीड़ न हो। उन्होंने कहा कि सब्जी मण्डियों के सभी आढती अपनी-अपनी दुकानों को प्रतिदिन सैनेटाईज करें ताकि कोरोना का संक्रमण न फैले।

जिलाधीश ने अपने आदेशों में कहा कि जिला की सभी मार्केट कमेटियों द्वारा सभी फलों व सब्जियों के रेट निर्धारित किए गए है। इसलिए सभी रेहड़ी वाले इस बात का जरूर ध्यान रखें की वे निर्धारित किए गए रेटों पर ही फल व सब्जी बेचे अन्यथा उनके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसके अलावा मार्केट कमेटियों द्वारा सभी रेहड़ी वालों को अलग-अलग क्षेत्र अलॉट कर उन्हें फल व सब्जी बेचने के परमिट दिए गए है। अगर कोई भी रेहड़ी वाला अलॉट किए गए क्षेत्र से अलग कहीं भी फल व सब्जी बेचता पाया गया तो उसका परमिट रद्द कर उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
रेहड़ी वाले मास्क व दस्तानों का प्रयोग करेंगे
जिलाधीश ने कहा कि कोई भी रेहड़ी वाले मास्क व दस्तानों का प्रयोग करेंगे और अपने साथ सैनेटाईजर अवश्य रखेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि रेहड़ी वाले अलॉट किए गए क्षेत्र में एक स्थान पर खड़े होकर सब्जी या फल नहीं बेचेंगे वे उस क्षेत्र में चलते-फिरते फल व सब्जी बेचेगा ताकि उस क्षेत्र के सभी लोगों को फल व सब्जी उपलब्ध करवाई जा सके और किसी को कोई परेशानी न हो। इसके अलावा सभी रेहड़ी वाले फल व सब्जी बेचते समय अपना परमिट व पहचान पत्र साथ रखे।
फल व सब्जी बेचने के लिए रेहडी वालों को परमिट अलॉट किए
जिलाधीश ने सभी नागरिकों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि इस कोरोना महामारी के दौरान आप लोगों की सुविधा के लिए सभी क्षेत्र में फल व सब्जी बेचने के लिए रेहडी वालों को परमिट अलॉट किए गए है। तो आप लोगों को घरों से बाहर निकलने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। आप सभी को फल व सब्जी आपके द्वार पर ही उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी। अगर कोई रेहड़ी वाला फल व सब्जियों के लिए आपसे मार्केट कमेटी द्वारा निर्धारित दैनिक रेटों से अधिक पैसे लेता है तो उसकी शिकायत प्रशासन द्वारा जारी टोल फ्री नंबर 1950 पर करें ताकि उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जा सके।
