उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने बताया कि कोरोना से निपटने के लिए बीपीएस महिला मैडिकल कालेज खानपुर कलां में कोरोना मरीजों के लिए 500 बेड्स की व्यवस्था की गई है जिसमें आईसीयू में 210 आक्सीजन बेड्स तथा 90 नॉन ऑक्सीजन बेड्स तथा 50 वेंटीलेटर बेड्स शामिल है। इसके अलावा आईसीयू से अलग भी 160 ऑक्सीजन बेड्स की उचित व्यवस्था की गई है।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि बीपीएस खानपुर में आईसीयू में 90 नॉन ऑक्सीजन बेड्स में से 82 खाली है वहीं आईसीयू में ही 210 ऑक्सीजन बेड्स में से 96 बेड खाली है। उन्होंने बताया कि आईसीयू से अलग 160 ऑक्सीजन बेड्स में से कोई भी बेड खाली है वहीं 50 वेंटीलेटर बेड्स में से 06 वेंटीलेटर बेड खाली है।

उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने बताया कि कोरोना से निपटने के लिए बीपीएस महिला मैडिकल कालेज खानपुर कलां बेहतरीन कार्य कर रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि मैडिकल कालेज में अब तक विभिन्न जिलों के 3874 मरीजों को उपचार के लिए भर्ती करवाया गया है और इनमें से 3383 मरीजों को इलाज के बाद छुट्टी दे दी गई है। फिलहाल मैडिकल कालेज में 167 मरीज उपचार करवा रहे हैं। इनमें से 22 मरीज ऐसे हैं जो दस दिन से ज्यादा और 145 मरीज 11 दिन से कम समय से यहां भर्ती हुए हैं। उपायुक्त ने बताया कि बीपीएस मेडिकल कालेज में अब तक विभिन्न जिलों के 323 मरीजों की मौत हो चुकी है जिसमें 188 पुरूष तथा 135 महिलाएं शामिल हैं। उपायुक्त ने बताया कि मैडिकल कालेज में 3600 पीपीई किट उपलब्ध हैं। 10489 एन-95 मास्क, 16000 तीन लेयर मास्क, 24500 दस्ताने, 7520 हाईड्रोक्लोरोक्वीन टैबलेट, 550 रेमडिसिवर टीके, 16049 एजीथ्रोमाईसिन टेबलेट, 1437 लीटर सेनेटाईजर, 4050 वीटीएम और 1100 लीटर सोडियम हाईपोक्लोराईड उपलब्ध हैं।
