भारत बायोटेक की कोविड-19 वैक्सीन के लिए अमेरिकी भागीदार ओक्यूजेन इंक कनाडा में इस टीके के अधिकार के विस्तार को भारतीय दवा कंपनी को अग्रिम में 1.5 करोड़ डॉलर का भुगतान करेगी।
एसएस न्यूज.हैदराबाद। भारत बायोटेक की कोविड-19 वैक्सीन के लिए अमेरिकी भागीदार ओक्यूजेन इंक कनाडा में इस टीके के अधिकार के विस्तार को भारतीय दवा कंपनी को अग्रिम में 1.5 करोड़ डॉलर का भुगतान करेगी। ओक्यूजेन ने नियामकीय सूचना में कहा कि वह उत्तरी अमेरिकी देश में कोवैक्सिन को वाणिज्यिक रूप से पेश किए जाने के एक माह के अंदर भारत बायोटेक को एक करोड़ डॉलर का और भुगतान और करेगी।
भारत बायोटेक ने तीन जून को कहा था कि उसने ओक्यूजेन इंक के साथ अपने करार का विस्तार करने का फैसला किया है। इसके तहत टीके की खुराक का कनाडा में भी वाणिज्यिकरण किया जाएगा। भारतीय कंपनी और ओक्यूजेन के बीच अमेरिकी बाजार में कोवैक्सिन के सह-विकास, आपूर्ति और वाणिज्यिकरण के लिए पक्का करार हुआ था।
