कांग्रेस चिंतन शिविर: सीडब्ल्यूसी उदयपुर के चिंतन शिविर में कांग्रेस के ‘नव संकल्प’ की घोषणा को मंजूरी देगी.
विचार-मंथन सत्र 'नव संकल्प चिंतन शिविर' के दौरान संगठनात्मक, राजनीतिक, आर्थिक, कृषि, सामाजिक न्याय और युवा संबंधित मुद्दों पर दो दिवसीय विचार-विमर्श के बाद समर्पित पैनल ने कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपी।
नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: राजस्थान के उदयपुर शहर में सीडब्ल्यूसी की बैठक में कांग्रेस नेतृत्व ने संगठनात्मक सुधारों की शुरुआत करने और प्रमुख मुद्दों पर पार्टी की स्थिति को स्पष्ट करने के अलावा पुरानी पार्टी और देश के सामने आने वाली चुनौतियों के बारे में विचार-विमर्श का अंतिम दौर शुरू किया। विचार-मंथन सत्र ‘नव संकल्प चिंतन शिविर’ के दौरान संगठनात्मक, राजनीतिक, आर्थिक, कृषि, सामाजिक न्याय और युवा संबंधित मुद्दों पर दो दिवसीय विचार-विमर्श के बाद समर्पित पैनल ने कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपी।
समर्पित पैनल द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट अंतिम अनुमोदन के लिए कांग्रेस कार्य समिति (सीडब्ल्यूसी) को दी जाएगी। कांग्रेस नेताओं द्वारा ‘चिंतन शिविर’ पैनल में विचारधारा, आर्थिक नीति और सामाजिक इंजीनियरिंग से संबंधित पेचीदा मुद्दों पर बहस के साथ, अब यह देखना बाकी है कि ये मुद्दे दिन में बाद में पारित होने वाले ‘नव संकल्प’ प्रस्ताव में क्या आकार लेते हैं। समाचार एजेंसी ने बताया कि कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष द्वारा गठित छह पैनलों में नेताओं ने पिछले दो दिनों के दौरान कई दौर की चर्चा की है।
सीडब्ल्यूसी में प्रस्ताव पारित किया जाएगा। कांग्रेस ‘नव संकल्प’ घोषणा को अपनाएगी – तीन दिवसीय विचार-मंथन सम्मेलन का परिणाम जिसमें 450 से अधिक कांग्रेस नेताओं ने भाग लिया था। पिछले कई वर्षों से पार्टी में चुनावी हार और असंतोष की पृष्ठभूमि में आयोजित उदयपुर में चिंतन शिविर में तीन दिनों के विचार-मंथन के बाद कांग्रेस ‘नव संकल्प’ घोषणा को अपनाएगी।
‘चिंतन शिविर’ समयबद्ध पार्टी पुनर्गठन पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रहा है, ध्रुवीकरण की राजनीति से लड़ने के तरीके ढूंढ रहा है और आगामी चुनावी प्रतियोगिताओं के लिए तैयार हो रहा है। भव्य पुरानी पार्टी ने पांच साल के लिए पार्टी की भूमिका में उच्च स्तर के प्रदर्शन के आधार पर अपवादों के साथ एक परिवार, एक टिकट प्रस्ताव सहित कुछ महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए हैं, क्योंकि यह भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) को सत्ता से बाहर करने के लिए है। 2024 लोकसभा चुनाव।
कांग्रेस ने पार्टी संगठन के सभी स्तरों पर अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, ओबीसी और अल्पसंख्यकों को 50 प्रतिशत प्रतिनिधित्व सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक उपाय लाने का भी फैसला किया है, इसके अलावा अपनी किस्मत को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए युवाओं को आनुपातिक प्रतिनिधित्व भी दिया है। सबसे पुरानी पार्टी किसानों के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) की कानूनी गारंटी देने के अलावा 50 वर्ष से कम उम्र के लोगों को 50 प्रतिशत प्रतिनिधित्व देने और बेरोजगारी को आगामी चुनावों में एक प्रमुख मुद्दा बनाने का वादा करने का भी प्रस्ताव कर रही है।
