उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस का खतरा अभी टला नहीं है। ऐसे में बेहद जरूरी है कि हम वायरस से बचाव के लिए पूर्ण सावधानी बरतें। खुद के साथ-साथ हमें दूसरों का भी ध्यान रखने की जरूरत है। इसलिए हमें जिला प्रशासन व स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा जारी सभी दिशा-निर्देशों की ईमानदारी से पूर्ण अनुपालना करनी होगी।
मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर ने सोमवार को विडियो कांफ्रेंस के माध्यम से सभी उपायुक्तों, अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों को कोविड-19 से बचाव व जारी निर्देशों की अनुपालना के लिए शपथ दिलाई। शपथ समारोह का सीधा प्रसारण सभी जिलों में किया गया। इसी दौरान उपायुक्त पुनिया ने कहा कि कोविड-19 से बचाव के लिए सर्वाधिक जरूरी मास्क पहनना है। हमें घर से निकलते समय अनिवार्य रूप से फेस कवर करना चाहिए। खासतौर से सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर बिना मास्क के नहीं जाना चाहिए। मास्क हमें खुद को सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है। साथ ही इससे दूसरों को भी संरक्षण मिलता है। इसके अलावा सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग बेहद जरूरी है। सैनेटाईजर का भी नियमित रूप से प्रयोग करना चाहिए। इसलिए हमें घातक विषाणु के प्रसार को रोकने संबंधी सभी आवश्यक सावधानियां बरतने की शपथ लेेते हुए अनुपालना सुनिश्चित करनी होगी।
