ओवरलोडिंग गाडिय़ों की चैकिंग : मुख्यमंत्री उडऩदस्ते ने रुट बदलकर जाने वाले ओवरलोडिड वाहनों के चालान किये
मुख्यमंत्री उडऩदस्ते को सूचना मिली थी कि व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप पर कई जिले की आरटीए टीम की चेकिंग व लोकेशन के बारे में पल-पल की अपडेट की जाती है। ऐसे में ओवरलोडिंग करने वाले अपनी गाडिय़ों को उस रुट पर न ले जाकर दूसरे स्थानों से निकाल ले जाते हैं। ग्रुप को लेकर मिले खाता नंबर की जानकारी के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया है।

मुख्यमंत्री उडऩदस्ता, रोहतक की टीम में शामिल एसआई सतपाल सिंह ने सदर थाना सोनीपत पुलिस को बताया कि सूचना मिली थी कि कई जिलों में ओवरलोडिंग गाडिय़ों की चैकिंग की जानकारी ट्रांसपोर्टर को देने निजी लोगों ने व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप बना रखा है। वह आरटीए सचिव व अन्य स्टाफ सदस्यों के कार्यालय से निकलते ही इसकी जानकारी व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप पर सांझा कर दी जाती है। उनकी पल-पल की जानकारी मिलने पर ओवरलोडिड वाहनों को दूसरे रूट से गुजार दिया जाता है। इसकी एवज में आईसीआईसीआई बैंक शाखा के खाते में ट्रांसपोर्टर व एजेंट पैसे डलवाते हैं। नंबरों की जांच की तो एक नंबर बंद मिला और दूसरा नंबर यूपी के किसी व्यक्ति के नाम पर मिला। बैंक खाते की जानकारी जुटाई तो वह खाता रोहित के नाम पर मिला। बैंक खाता का विवरण निकलवाया तो उसमें 24 अगस्त, 2020 से 22 फरवरी के बीच 369 बार एक हजार से लेकर चार हजार रुपये तक जमा कराए गए हैं। शुरुआती जांच में आरोप सही मिले हैं। रोहित के खाते में एक हजार से चार हजार रुपये तक बार-बार जमा कराने व व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप से उसके संबंध पता करने के लिए मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया है। मामले में खाता धारक रोहित, व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप एडमिन, गाड़ी चालक व मालिक तथा ट्रांसपोर्टर के खिलाफ भादसं की धारा 420 व 120 बी में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया है। सदर थाना पुलिस मामले की जांच कर इससे पर्दा उठाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री उडऩदस्ता, शिकायतकर्ता, सतपाल सिंह ने बताया कि ओवरलोडिंग करने वाले ट्रांसपोर्टर को आरटीए स्टाफ की जानकारी देने के लिए व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप बनाने की जानकारी मिली थी। जिस पर जांच में रोहित नाम के युवक के खाते की जानकारी जुटाई तो मामला संदिग्ध मिला। जिस पर सदर थाना में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया है। पुलिस मामले में जांच करेगी।
