धनुष और ऐश्वर्या ने 18 नवंबर, 2004 को शादी के बंधन में बंध गए। वे दो बेटों – यात्रा और लिंग के माता-पिता हैं। धनुष निर्माता कस्तूरी राजा के बेटे हैं। दोनों की शादी तब हुई जब धनुष 21 साल के थे और ऐश्वर्या 23 साल की।
