पहलवान सागर मर्डर केस: दो बार के ओलिंपियन पहलवान सुशील कुमार को कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका, हत्या मामले में अग्रिम जमानत याचिका हुई खारिज
भारत के ओलिंपिक खेलों के व्यक्तिगत मुकाबले में दो मेडल जीतने वाले पहलवान सुशील कुमार (Sushil Kumar) को बड़ा झटका लगा है। हत्या के मामले में उनकी पहलवान सुशील कुमार अग्रिम जमानत याचिका रोहिणी कोर्ट ने की खारिज कर दी है। गौरतलब है कि सुशील ने एक पहलवान की हत्या के मामले में गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए अग्रिम जमानत की याचिका दाखिल की थी।
एसएस न्यूज.नई दिल्ली। भारत के ओलिंपिक खेलों के व्यक्तिगत मुकाबले में दो मेडल जीतने वाले पहलवान सुशील कुमार (Sushil Kumar) को बड़ा झटका लगा है। हत्या के मामले में उनकी पहलवान सुशील कुमार अग्रिम जमानत याचिका रोहिणी कोर्ट ने की खारिज कर दी है। गौरतलब है कि सुशील ने एक पहलवान की हत्या के मामले में गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए अग्रिम जमानत की याचिका दाखिल की थी। जिसमें रोहिणी कोर्ट में उनकी याचिका पर मंगलवार को सुनवाई हुई। सुनवाई के दौरान उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि दिल्ली पुलिस ने उनके खिलाफ दुर्भावनापूर्ण तरीके से केस बनाया है और कई तथ्य उसमे छिपाए हैं। सोमवार को ही दिल्ली पुलिस ने पहलवान सुशील कुमार पर 1 लाख के इनाम की घोषणा की थी, जिसके बाद उन्होंने अग्रिम जमानत की याचिका दाखिल की है।
पहलवान सुशील कुमार की जमानत याचिका ख़ारिज
पहलवान सुशील कुमार की याचिका पर निचली अदालत ने फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। रोहिणी कोर्ट में दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें पूरी होने के अदालत ने चार बजे के आसपास फैसला सुनाने की बात कही थी। इससे पहले, कोर्ट में सुशील कुमार की तरफ से उनके वकील ने कहा ‘पुलिस ने दुर्भावनापूर्ण तरीके से केस बनाया। मैं दो बार का ओलिंपियन हूं। राजीव गांधी खेल रत्न, अर्जुन अवार्ड, पद्मश्री मिल चुका है, जबकि सोनू हिस्ट्रीशीटर है और उस पर कई केस दर्ज हैं। पुलिस ने इस मामले में कई तथ्यों को छिपाए हैं।
पहलवान सुशील कुमार के वकील सिद्धार्थ लूथरा ने कहा
पहलवान सुशील कुमार के वकील सिद्धार्थ लूथरा ने कहा कि ‘पांच मई की रात 1:19 पर छत्रसाल स्टेडियम में झगड़े की कॉल आई और कहा गया था कि वहां दो गोलियां चली हैं लेकिन पुलिस ने यह नहीं बताया कि फायरिंग किसके द्वारा की। वाहन से हथियार मिला लेकिन कोई चश्मदीद नहीं मिला। अगर गोली हवा में चलाई गई तो ये हत्या का मामला कैसे बना? क्योंकि इससे साफ है कि इरादा हत्या का नहीं था.’ वकील ने कहा, ‘कार से जो हथियार बरामद हुए हैं वो सुशील के नहीं हैं। कार से भी उनका कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। उनकी पत्नी के नाम की संपत्ति पर सागर किराए पर रह रहा था और उसने किराया नहीं दिया था। पुलिस ने यह भी नहीं बताया कि सुशील का पासपोर्ट जब्त कर लिया गया है।
दिल्ली पुलिस ने इस मामले में क्या कहा
दिल्ली पुलिस के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बताया था कि हमने अदालत से ओलंपिक पदक विजेता पहलवान सुशील कुमार और अन्य 6 आरोपियों के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी करने का अनुरोध किया था। इसे कोर्ट ने मान लिया था। इन सभी के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट भी जारी किए गए हैं। पिछले रविवार की शाम एक लुकआउट नोटिस भी जारी किया गया था। पुलिस ने इस मामले में पीड़ितों के बयान पहले ही दर्ज कर लिए हैं। यह झगड़ा दिल्ली के माडल टाउन इलाके में एक फ्लैट खाली करने को लेकर
