मोबाइल फोन पर लिंक भेजकर सोनीपत के अशोक विहार में रह रहे सीआरपीएफ जवान से उनके खाते से 6.25 लाख रुपये की ठगने का मामला सामने आया है। सीआरपीएफ जवान अवकाश पर आए हुए हैं और छुट्टी बढ़वाने के बाद टिकट रद्द करवाने के लिए कस्टमर केयर का नंबर ऑनलाइन सर्च किया था। गोहाना रोड चौकी पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
मूलरूप से गांव बरोदा निवासी श्रीपाल सिंह सीआरपीएफ जवान हैं। उनकी तैनाती श्रीनगर में है। वर्तमान में वह अशोक विहार में रहते हैं। परिवार में जरूरी काम के चलते उनको अवकाश बढ़वाना पड़ा था। इसके चलते उन्होंने टिकट रद कराने के लिए रेलवे के कस्टमर केयर से संपर्क करने का प्रयास किया। संपर्क न होने पर उन्होंने ऑनलाइन कस्टमर केयर का नंबर ले लिया। उस पर कॉल किया तो फोन रिसीव करने वाले ने कहा कि आवाज स्पष्ट नहीं आ रही है। उसने एक लिंक भेजा और डाउनलोड करने को कहा। जब श्रीपाल ने लिंक डाउनलोड किया तो उनके मोबाइल पर मैसेज आया। मैसेज आने पर पता चला कि उनके खाते से 6.25 लाख रुपये निकाल लिए गए हैं। खाते में केवल 20 हजार रुपये ही बचे हैं। उसके बाद उन्होंने संबंधित नंबर पर संपर्क किया तो वह अभद्रता से बातचीत करने लगा। उसने रुपये वापस करने से इंकार कर दिया। सीआरपीएफ जवान ने इसकी सूचना पुलिस को दी। जिस पर पुलिस ने धोखाधड़ी व अमानत में खयानत का मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।
