केनरा बैंक शाखा गन्नौर फर्जी फर्म मामला : केनरा बैंक शाखा गन्नौर की एक तत्कालीन प्रबंधक व सीए पर नकली फर्म बना कर 10 लाख रूपये ठगने का आरोप, मामला दर्ज
केनरा बैंक शाखा गन्नौर की एक तत्कालीन प्रबंधक व सीए (चार्टेड एकाउंटेंट) पर एक बैंक उपभोक्ता के नाम नकली फर्म बना उसके खाते से 10 लाख रूपये ठगने का आरोप लगा है। उपभोक्ता के पति की शिकायत पर थाना गन्नौर पुलिस ने आरोपित तत्कालीन प्रबंधक व सीए के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है।
एसएस न्यूज.गन्नौर। केनरा बैंक शाखा गन्नौर की एक तत्कालीन प्रबंधक व सीए (चार्टेड एकाउंटेंट) पर एक बैंक उपभोक्ता के नाम नकली फर्म बना उसके खाते से 10 लाख रूपये ठगने का आरोप लगा है। उपभोक्ता के पति की शिकायत पर थाना गन्नौर पुलिस ने आरोपित तत्कालीन प्रबंधक व सीए के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। शिकायत में पानीपत के सेक्टर 18 निवासी राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि सीए नवीन जैन और केनरा बैंक गन्नौर की तत्कालीन प्रबंधक पारुल गर्ग ने उसकी पत्नी सुषमा शर्मा के नाम पर शर्मा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक नाम की फर्जी फर्म बना कर इसका जीएसटी नंबर ले लिया। इसके बाद इस फर्जी फर्म के नाम पर पारूल जैन व सीए नवीन जैन ने 10 लाख रुपये का लोन ले लिया।
इस फर्जी फर्म के अकाउंट से 19 फरवरी 2018 को पारूल गर्ग ने 2 लाख रूपये नकद निकाल लिए। 20 फरवरी 2018 को शुभम इंटरप्राइजेज नाम की फर्म में 4 लाख रूपये ट्रांसफर कर लिए और इसी दिन 3 लाख 90 हजार रूपये स्वामी इंटरप्राइजेज के अकाउंट में ट्रांसफर कर दिए, जबकि इन फर्मों से उनका कोई लेना देना नही था। आरोप है कि पारुल गर्ग ने उनकी कंपनी के अकाउंट में सुषमा शर्मा को गारंटर बनाने, केनरा बैंक में खाता और क्रेडिट कार्ड बनवाने की बात कह कर खाली दस्तावेजों पर हस्ताक्षर करवा लिए थे और नवीन जैन के साथ मिल कर प्रोसेसिंग चार्जेज के नाम पर 3 लाख 50 हजार रुपये अलग-अलग समय पर नकद ले लिए थे।
इसके बाद सीए ने एमएसएमई सर्किल ऑफिस करनाल से उनका लगभग 5 करोड़ 90 लाख का लोन पास करवाया। जिसके बदले में उन्हें केवल 1 करोड़ 63 लाख 12 हजार 368 रूपये की बैंक गारंटी दी गई और लोन पर 10 प्रतिशत की रिश्वत की अलग से मांग की। जब उन्होंने रिश्वत देने से मना कर दिया तो तत्कालीन बैंक प्रबंधक पारुल गर्ग ने बाकी लोन उन्हें नहीं दिया। इस बारे में जब पारूल गर्ग से बात की गई तो उन्होंने उसे झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाने की धमकी दी। इस डर से वे लोन का मूलधन ब्याज सहित जमा करवाते रहे। इसके बावजूद बैंक की तरफ से उन्हें लोन का एनपीए घोषित होने का नोटिस आ गया। राजेश कुमार ने पुलिस को शिकायत दे कर आरोपितों से 10 लाख रूपये का क्रेडिट लोन उनके खाते में वापिस डलवाने और उनके द्वारा जमा करवाई गई लोन की किश्तें ब्याज सहित वापिस दिलाने के साथ ही आरोपितों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की।
इस बारे में गन्नौर थाना प्रभारी वजीर सिंह रेढू ने बताया कि पुलिस ने शिकायत मिलने पर बैंक की तत्कालीन प्रबंधक व सीए के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। पुलिस द्वारा मामले की जांच की जा रही है। जल्द ही आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा।
