नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: संसद के बजट सत्र का दूसरा भाग आज से कोविड -19 प्रोटोकॉल के बाद फिर से शुरू होगा। राज्यसभा और लोकसभा अपनी सामान्य बैठकें फिर से शुरू करेंगे और सदन की कार्यवाही सुबह 11 बजे शुरू होगी और शाम 6 बजे तक चलेगी। राज्यसभा को पहले के कार्यक्रम की तुलना में दूसरी छमाही में काम करने के लिए 19 घंटे का अतिरिक्त समय मिलेगा। बजट सत्र के पहले चरण में सदन की कार्यवाही सुबह 10 बजे शुरू हुई और दोपहर 3 बजे तक चली। बजट सत्र का दूसरा भाग चार राज्यों में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) की भारी जीत के बाद आता है।
जारी रखने के लिए कोविड प्रोटोकॉल
संसद सदस्य दोनों कक्षों और आगंतुकों की दीर्घाओं का उपयोग करके बैठने की व्यवस्था में सामाजिक दूरी के मानदंडों का पालन करना जारी रखेंगे। सत्र का पहला भाग 1 फरवरी से 11 फरवरी के बीच आयोजित किया गया था।
बैठने की व्यवस्था के अनुसार, राज्यसभा में वर्तमान में कुल 237 सदस्यों की संख्या है, जिसमें कुल 245 सांसदों में से आठ रिक्तियां हैं। समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई के अनुसार, कक्ष में 139 (+3) सांसद बैठे रहेंगे, जबकि 98 अन्य को एक निश्चित समय में गैलरी में समायोजित किया जाएगा।
इसी तरह, लोकसभा में कुल 538 सदस्य हैं, जिनमें से 282, प्रधानमंत्री सहित, कक्ष में बैठ सकते हैं, जबकि शेष 258 एक निश्चित समय में दीर्घाओं में बैठ सकते हैं। आधिकारिक दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, संसद के दोनों सदनों के केवल मौजूदा सदस्य ही सेंट्रल हॉल में जा सकते हैं जो पूर्व सांसदों और आगंतुकों के लिए सीमा से बाहर होगा।

वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण जम्मू-कश्मीर का बजट पेश करेंगी. बजट से संबंधित अनुदानों की मांगों पर संसदीय समितियां रिपोर्ट पेश करेंगी। समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई के हवाले से एक बयान में कहा गया है, “वित्त मंत्री केंद्र शासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर की वर्ष 2022-23 की अनुमानित प्राप्तियों और व्यय का विवरण प्रस्तुत करेंगे।”
पहले भाग में पेश किए गए दो नए विधेयकों में शामिल हैं- राज्यसभा में संविधान (अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति) आदेश (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2022 और लोकसभा में संविधान (अनुसूचित जनजाति) आदेश (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2022। सरकार ने सत्र के दौरान उठाए जाने वाले 14 विधेयकों और छह वित्तीय मदों की पहचान की थी।
पहले चरण में बजट पेश होने के बाद चर्चा पूरी हो चुकी है। सरकार सभी नए विधेयकों को संसद में पेश करने और उन्हें बजट के दूसरे भाग में पारित कराने का प्रयास करेगी। बजट सत्र का दूसरा भाग 8 अप्रैल को समाप्त होगा।
