नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने सोमवार को केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) को सह-स्थान घोटाला मामले में चित्रा रामकृष्ण की सात दिन की हिरासत में पूछताछ की अनुमति दी, समाचार रिपोर्टों के अनुसार। केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी ने एनएसई के पूर्व प्रबंध निदेशक (एमडी) और मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (सीईओ) रामकृष्ण की 14 दिन की रिमांड मांगी है, ताकि उनका अन्य नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (एनएसई) और सिक्योरिटीज एंड एक्सचेंज बोर्ड के साथ सामना हो सके। भारत (सेबी) के अधिकारियों ने मामले में केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी ने अदालत को बताया। रामकृष्ण को सीबीआई ने रविवार को गिरफ्तार किया था।
सीबीआई के सूत्रों के मुताबिक, रामकृष्ण को एनएसई के पूर्व ग्रुप ऑपरेटिंग ऑफिसर (जीओओ) आनंद सुब्रमण्यम के साथ पेश किया जाएगा। एजेंसी इन दोनों की कस्टडी रिमांड मांगेगी। रामकृष्ण का सुब्रमण्यम से आमना-सामना होगा और जांच अधिकारी उनके बयान एक साथ दर्ज करेंगे। सीबीआई उनके द्वारा एकत्र किए गए सबूतों की पुष्टि करने का प्रयास करेगी। एनएसई के को-लोकेशन घोटाला मामले में यह दूसरी गिरफ्तारी है। रामकृष्ण को उनके दिल्ली स्थित आवास से गिरफ्तार किया गया था। सुब्रमण्यम को 24 फरवरी की रात को गिरफ्तार किया गया था। बाद में उन्हें सीबीआई की हिरासत में भेज दिया गया था।
रामकृष्ण और सुब्रमण्यम को राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ले जाने से पहले सरकारी अस्पताल में उनका मेडिकल परीक्षण किया जाएगा. हालांकि, एजेंसी किसी भी अप्रिय घटना से बचने के लिए उन्हें वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए पेश करने पर भी विचार कर रही है। एजेंसी मई 2018 से इस मामले की जांच कर रही है, लेकिन उन्हें रहस्यमय हिमालयी “योगी” की पहचान करने के लिए कोई ठोस सबूत नहीं मिला है, जिसके साथ रामकृष्ण ने गोपनीय जानकारी साझा की थी।
सेबी ने हाल ही में उन पर 3 करोड़ रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया था, जब बाजार नियामक ने पाया कि उन्होंने 2014 और 2016 के बीच “योगी” के साथ कथित तौर पर एनएसई के बारे में महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी साझा की थी। एक अधिकारी ने कहा, “संगठनात्मक संरचना, लाभांश परिदृश्य, वित्तीय परिणाम, मानव संसाधन नीतियों और संबंधित मुद्दों, नियामक की प्रतिक्रिया आदि के बारे में जानकारी योगी के साथ साझा की गई थी।
1 अप्रैल 2013 को रामकृष्ण एनएसई के सीईओ और एमडी बने। वह उसी वर्ष सुब्रमण्यम को अपने सलाहकार के रूप में लाईं। सुब्रमण्यम को NSE का मुख्य रणनीतिक सलाहकार बनाया गया था। उन्होंने पूंजी बाजार में कोई जोखिम नहीं होने के बावजूद 2015 और 2016 के बीच समूह संचालन अधिकारी और एमडी के सलाहकार बनने से पहले 2013 और 2015 के बीच इस पद पर कार्य किया।
