भारत के पूर्व अटॉर्नी जनरल मुकुल रोहतगी, जो आर्यन खान का प्रतिनिधित्व कर रहे हैं, ने न्यायमूर्ति एन.डब्ल्यू. बुधवार (27 अक्टूबर) सांब्रे। अरबाज सेठ मर्चेंट और मुनमुन धमेचा के वकीलों ने भी कल उच्च न्यायालय की एकल पीठ के समक्ष अपना मामला पेश किया था। रोहतगी ने मीडिया से बातचीत में कहा कि विस्तृत आदेश शुक्रवार को दिया जाएगा. पूर्व एजी मुकुल रोहतगी ने एएनआई के हवाले से कहा, “विस्तृत आदेश कल दिया जाएगा। उम्मीद है कि वे सभी कल या शनिवार तक जेल से बाहर आ जाएंगे।
नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) की ओर से पेश भारत के अतिरिक्त सॉलिसिटर जनरल अनिल सिंह ने गुरुवार की सुनवाई में आरोपी के वकीलों की दलीलों का जवाब दिया.

एएसजी अनिल सिंह ने अदालत को बताया कि आर्यन खान पहली बार ड्रग्स का उपभोक्ता नहीं है, एएनआई के अनुसार। सिंह ने कहा कि स्टार किड ड्रग्स तस्करों के संपर्क में था। समाचार एजेंसी ने सिंह के हवाले से कहा, “रक्षा ने परीक्षण के बारे में बात की है। परीक्षण क्यों? हमारा मामला खपत का नहीं बल्कि कब्जे का है। आरोपी के पास नशीली दवाएं थीं।”

आर्यन, अरबाज और मुनमुन उन आठ लोगों में शामिल थे, जिन्हें 2 अक्टूबर को एक क्रूज जहाज पर एनसीबी की छापेमारी के बाद हिरासत में लिया गया था और बाद में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। उन पर एनडीपीएस अधिनियम की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था। एनडीपीएस की एक विशेष अदालत ने 20 अक्टूबर को ड्रग्स की जब्ती मामले में आर्यन की जमानत खारिज कर दी थी। शाहरुख और गौरी खान के बेटे को बड़ा झटका देते हुए उनकी न्यायिक हिरासत भी 30 अक्टूबर तक बढ़ा दी गई है।
एनडीपीएस कोर्ट द्वारा उनकी जमानत याचिका खारिज करने के बाद तीनों के वकीलों ने पिछले हफ्ते बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था। पिछले हफ्ते नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो ने अनन्या पांडे को ड्रग्स मामले में अधिकारियों के सामने पेश होने के लिए तलब किया था। ड्रग रोधी कानून प्रवर्तन एजेंसी ने 21 अक्टूबर को पांडे के मुंबई स्थित घर पर छापा मारा था। एनसीबी अधिकारियों ने उसके मोबाइल फोन और लैपटॉप को जब्त कर लिया था। आईएएनएस की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, अनन्या का नाम आर्यन खान के व्हाट्सएप चैट में शामिल था और इसलिए उसे पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया गया था।
