दो बातें सबको समझनी होंगी
पहली बात की हमने अपने मन को स्थिर करने की आदत डाली ही कब थी? जब खाना खाते हैं तो टीवी या मोबाइल पे नज़र रहती है। सोने से पहले तक वहीं नजर रहती है। जब मोबाइल नहीं देख रहे होते तो किसी ना किसी से बात कर रहे होते हैं।और तो और जब ड्राइविंग कर रहे होते हैं तब भी मन में किसी ना किसी से बात करते रहते हैं।
स्वास्थ्य ज्ञान: हमारे वेदों के अनुसार स्वस्थ रहने के 15 नियम जानिए
और बातें भी क्या वो सोचिए जरा….
और बाते भी क्या वो सोचिए जरा….जिनपर आपका बस नहीं चलता वो बातें किए जा रहे हैं बस। या तो भूतकाल की बातें या भविष्य की बातें और दोनों पर ही आपका अधिकार नहीं है। ना आप पीछे जा कर भूतकाल को बदल सकते ना आप आगे जा कर अपने भविष्य को बदल सकते।
वर्तमान में जीना सीखो
जिस क्षण में जी रहे हो उसकी बात को करता है?और अगले क्षण का पक्का किसे पता कि जीवन हो या ना हो।तो पहली बात यही की अगर ध्यान लगाने कि शुरुआत करनी है तो वर्तमान में जीना सीखो। भूतकाल हमेशा दुख देता है क्योंकि अगर वो अच्छा रहा होगा किसी का तो कहेगा कि वो दिन कितने अच्छे थे अब कुछ नहीं बचा। और अगर बुरा रहा होगा तो बार बार याद करेगा कि किस किस ने साथ नहीं दिया तब। रुक जाओ।
न्यूट्रिशन: न्यूट्रिशन क्या है ? इसकी शरीर को क्यों जरुरत है ?
मन को भागने से रोको
रोको, अपने मन को भागने से रोको। जीना है तो यही एक पल है। इसी क्षण जी लो। तब ध्यान की बात करना।
खुद को ध्यान से परखिए
अब दूसरी बात पे आते हैं पूरे दिन और रात में हम भगवान के लिए समय कितना निकलते है? और बाकी सब कामों के लिए कितना ? खुद को ध्यान से परखिए। खुद ही पता लग जाएगा कि क्यों मैं नहीं लगता पूजा में।ध्यान नहीं रुकता पूजा में।
नियमित अभ्यास कीजिए
क्योंकि अभ्यास ही नहीं किया कभी। समय तो इस काम को दिया नहीं पूरे जीवन और अब कहते है कि ध्यान रुकता नहीं।कैसे रुके?

भगवान को कारण मान कर पूजा की ही कब?भगवान की खुशी के लिए पूजा की ही कब? हमारे हर कर्म के पीछे हमारे छिपे हुए स्वार्थ हैं। तो ध्यान वहीं रहेगा। हर पूजा को फीस मान लिया हमने कि हमने ये किया है तो भगवान बदले में ये या वो हमे दे दे।
आत्म निरीक्षण करो
खुद का निरीक्षण कीजिए तो ये सच है जो मैंने बोला है।कड़वा सच जिसे आप जानते हैं किन्तु मानते नहीं हैं।
स्वास्थ्य: जानिये स्वास्थ्य क्या है और यह कितने प्रकार का होता है ?
मन का आधार खोज लो
अगर ध्यान लगाना है तो शांत हो जाइए। मन के आधार को खोजिए।और जब आधार मिलने लग जाए चाहे वो इष्ट हों या गुरु या मंत्र फिर उस पे स्थिर हो जाइए। जब इसका अभ्यास होने लग जाएगा तो ध्यान लगाने लगेगा।और जब आधार पर ध्यान स्थिर होने लगे तो तब आधार को भी छोड़ने की चेष्ठा करनी चाहिए।तब केवल शांति ।परम शांति
