उत्तराखंड: 19 वर्षीय महिला रिसेप्शनिस्ट, अंकिता भंडारी के परिवार, जिनकी उत्तराखंड में उनके नियोक्ता द्वारा कथित तौर पर हत्या कर दी गई थी, परिवार ने अंतिम पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट मिलने तक उनका अंतिम संस्कार करने से इनकार कर दिया था लेकिन उत्तराखंड में रिसॉर्ट हत्या मामले में पीड़ित परिजन अब युवती के शव का अंतिम संस्कार करने को राजी हो गए हैं। मृतक युवती के पिता ने स्थानीय लोगों से अपील की है कि वो हाईवे को खाली कर दें। इस घटना के विरोध में स्थानीय लोगों ने हाईवे को जाम किया हुआ है। पीड़ित पिता ने इससे पहले आरोपियों को फांसी लगाने की मांग की है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि उन्हें पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट दी जाए और मामले की फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट में सुनवाई हो। यहां तक कि प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट में सुझाव दिया गया है कि उनकी मृत्यु के कारण हुई थी।
रविवार को, उसके पिता और भाई ने कहा कि वे अंतिम पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट मिलने तक उसका अंतिम संस्कार नहीं करेंगे। समाचार एजेंसी के हवाले से उनके पिता वीरेंद्र सिंह भंडारी ने कहा, “मैं अनंतिम पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट से संतुष्ट नहीं हूं। उनका अंतिम संस्कार तब तक नहीं किया जाएगा जब तक हमें अंतिम विस्तृत रिपोर्ट नहीं मिल जाती।” उसके भाई अजय सिंह भंडारी ने दावा किया कि अनंतिम रिपोर्ट में विस्तार से कमी है।
उन्होंने उस रिसॉर्ट में किए गए विध्वंस अभ्यास के खिलाफ भी बात की जहां वह रिसेप्शनिस्ट के रूप में काम कर रही थी। अजय ने कहा, “यह सबूतों को नष्ट करने का प्रयास हो सकता है।” महिला हरिद्वार भाजपा नेता विनोद आर्य के बेटे पुलकित आर्य के स्वामित्व वाले यमकेश्वर ब्लॉक के पौड़ी जिले के वनंतारा रिसॉर्ट में काम करती थी। मामले में पुलकित और दो अन्य कर्मचारियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
प्रदर्शनकारियों ने हाईवे ब्लॉक किया
भंडारी की हत्या के आरोपियों पर फिर कार्रवाई की मांग करते हुए प्रदर्शनकारियों की भारी भीड़ ने रविवार को उत्तराखंड के श्रीनगर जिले में बद्रीनाथ-ऋषिकेश राजमार्ग को जाम कर दिया. समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, उन्होंने बेस अस्पताल के पास मुर्दाघर के सामने विरोध प्रदर्शन किया, जहां भंडारी के शव को ले जाया गया। इससे पहले सुबह जिले में उसकी हत्या के विरोध में दुकानें बंद रहीं।
रिसेप्शनिस्ट की हत्या से पौड़ी में स्थानीय लोगों में गुस्सा फूट पड़ा है जिन्होंने बस स्टेशन और उत्तराखंड के अन्य हिस्सों में भी जाम लगा दिया और आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग को लेकर सड़कों पर उतर आए. प्रदर्शनकारी पौड़ी में जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय पर जमा हो गए थे जबकि श्रीनगर में दुकानें बंद थीं।
ड्राफ्ट पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट
अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, ऋषिकेश द्वारा जारी मसौदा रिपोर्ट में यह भी कहा गया है कि अंकिता भंडारी के शरीर पर एंटीमॉर्टम चोटें (मृत्यु से पहले की चोटें) मिली हैं, जो एक कुंद बल आघात का संकेत है। हालांकि, उसकी डूबने से मौत हो गई, प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है, समाचार एजेंसी ने कहा।
भंडारी का शव शनिवार को ऋषिकेश में चिल्ला नहर से बरामद किया गया था, जिसके छह दिन बाद उसके माता-पिता ने उसे उसके कमरे से गायब पाया। उसका पोस्टमॉर्टम शनिवार को एम्स में डॉक्टरों की चार सदस्यीय टीम ने किया था। मसौदे में कहा गया है कि उसके शरीर पर मिली चोट और अन्य निष्कर्षों का विवरण अंतिम रिपोर्ट में दिया जाएगा।

उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (सेवानिवृत्त) से राजभवन में मुलाकात की और उन्हें अंकिता भंडारी हत्याकांड में की जा रही कार्रवाई की जानकारी दी। समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई को राजभवन ने एक बयान में कहा मुख्यमंत्री ने आश्वासन दिया कि दोषियों को किसी भी हाल में बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। जघन्य अपराध पर शोक व्यक्त करते हुए, राज्यपाल ने शोक संतप्त परिवार के प्रति संवेदना व्यक्त की।
