पशुपालकों के लिए दो दिवसीय कैंप आरंभ:अनुसूचित जाति के पशुपालक पशुओं को नि:शुल्क बीमा करवायें
राजकीय वेटरनरी अस्पताल गन्नौर की देखरेख में गांव अगवानपुर में सोमवार को अनुसूचित जाति के पशुपालकों के लिए दो दिवसीय कैंप आरंभ किया। विभाग के सेवानिवृत उप निदेशक डा. नरेंद्र दहिया ने बतौर मुख्यवक्ता शिरकत की। डा. नरेंद्र दहिया का कैंप में पहुंचने पर एसडीओ डा. संजय पाहवा, वेटरनरी सर्जन डा. राजकुमार गुप्ता, डा. रणधीर, डा. सुनील लाकड़ा ने बुके भेंट किया।

कैंप के पहले दिन अनुसूचित जाति से संबंधित 20 पशुपालकों को जागरूक किया गया। डा. नरेंद्र दहिया ने पशुपालकों को व्यवसायिक पशुपालन के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने डेयरी पशुओं में होने वाली बीमारियों व प्रमुख संक्रमित बीमारियों तथा पशुओं में नस्ल सुधार करने की विधियां व ऋण संबंध योजनाएं बताई। डा. संजय पाहवा ने पशुपालकों को कृत्रिम गर्भाधान के बारे में जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि अनुसूचित जाति के पशुपालक अपने पशु का नि:शुल्क बीमा करवा सकते हैं। वेटरनरी सर्जन डा. राजकुमार गुप्ता ने पशुपालकों से आह्वान किया कि पशुओं को अस्पताल में लाने के बाद उनकी टैंगिंग जरूर करवाएं। इसके बाद अस्पताल से उस पशु को 12 अंको का नंबर जारी किया जाएगा जो उसके लिए एक तरह से आधार कार्ड का काम करेगा। इसके अलावा कैंप में पशुपालकों को बकरी पालन के बारे में भी जागरूक किया गया। कैंप में पहुंचे पशुपालकों को विभाग की तरफ से निशुल्क स्टेशनरी वितरित की गई और उनके लिए रिफ्रेशमेंट की भी व्यवस्था की गई।
