फरीदाबाद के जिलाधीश यशपाल ने कोविड-19 की वैश्विक महामारी अधिनियम के तहत अनाथ हुए ऐसे बच्चे जिनके माता पिता कोराना बीमारी के कारण काल का शिकार बन चुके हैं। उन अनाथ बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण के लिए अधिनियम 2015 और माडल नियम 2016 के तहत सरकार द्वारा तत्काल सहायता तथा पुनर्वास की व्यवस्था करने का प्रावधान किया गया है।
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। फरीदाबाद के जिलाधीश यशपाल ने कोविड-19 की वैश्विक महामारी अधिनियम के तहत अनाथ हुए ऐसे बच्चे जिनके माता पिता कोराना बीमारी के कारण काल का शिकार बन चुके हैं। उन अनाथ बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण के लिए अधिनियम 2015 और माडल नियम 2016 के तहत सरकार द्वारा तत्काल सहायता तथा पुनर्वास की व्यवस्था करने का प्रावधान किया गया है।
बिना कानूनी प्रक्रिया के कोई भी दम्पत्ति बच्चों को गोद नहीं ले सकती
फरीदाबाद के जिलाधीश यशपाल ने जिला में यह आदेश भी जारी किए हैं कि जिले में बिना कानूनी प्रक्रिया के कोई भी दम्पत्ति बच्चों को गोद न लें। यदि ऐसा करते हैं तो वे लोग जिला मे अवैध गोद प्रक्रिया को बढावा दे रहे हैं। ऐसे लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्यवाही अमल में लाकर किशोर न्याय व बाल संरक्षण अधिनियम 2015 की धारा 80 के तहत तीन साल की सजा और एक लाख रुपये की धनराशि का प्रावधान किया गया है।
अनाथ बच्चों के लिए शुरू की चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन
कोविड-19 वैश्विक महामारी के मद्देनजर जो भी बच्चा अनाथ हो जाता है। उसकी सहायता के लिए चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन नम्बर पर जानकारी दें। कोराना संक्रमण के दौरान अगर कोई 0 से 18 वर्ष की आयु के बच्चा अनाथ हो गया है और उसको किसी भी मदद की आवश्यकता है तो वह तुरंत जिला बाल संरक्षण ईकाई 01292984044, बाल कल्याण समिति तथा चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1098 पर,महिला बाल हैल्प लाइन नम्ब 181 पर जानकारी दें। जिलाधीश ने बताया कि कानूनी प्रक्रिया के तहत बच्चे को गोद भी लिया जा सकता है। यदि कोई बिना कानूनी प्रक्रिया के बच्चे गोद लेता है या देता है तो यह कानूनी अपराध है।

जिला बाल संरक्षण अधिकारी गारिमा सिंह ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि बच्चों को कानूनी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से गोद ले। जिला में ऐसा योग्य पात्र व्यक्ति बच्चे को गोद लेना चाहते है। जिन्होंने बच्चे को गोद प्रक्रिया के लिए पंजीकरण करवा रखा है। उन्हें पूर्ण कानूनी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से बच्चा गोद दिया जाने का प्रावधान है। कानूनी प्रक्रिया में पंजीकृत पात्रों की योग्यता और प्रमाणिकता की पूरी जांच की जाती है। जिला बाल संरक्षण अधिकारी ने बताया कि राज्य दत्तक ग्रहण एजेंसी के फोन नम्बर 01294051597 और मोबाइल नंबर 9711169273 पर जानकारी लेकर बच्चे की गोद प्रक्रिया के लिए ऑनलाइन निशुल्क पंजीकरण किया जा सकता है। जिसके लिए एजेंसी पात्र व्यक्ति की योग्यता की कानूनी जांच की प्रक्रिया पूरी करके बच्चा गोद देती है।
