मनुष्य ऊंचे आसन पर बैठने से नहीं अपने श्रेष्ठ गुणों सदाचार, शील और चारित्र द्वारा उत्तम होता है, इस लोक में गुणों से मनुष्य की पहचान होती है।

स्वस्थ भारत स्वस्थ आचरण से संभव है यहीं से व्यक्तित्व का अथ (प्रारंभ) होता है। इसके लिए उम्र का कोई हिसाब नहीं होता किस उम्र का आदमी आगे बढ़े यह जब जागों तभी सवेरा है।
सचमुच पूछा जाए जतो अच्छा आचरण जवानी में हो सकता है बुढापे में शक्तियां खो जाती है और फ्यूज बल्ब की तरह आदमी पड़पा रहता है। इसलिए धर्म सदाचार आचरण शरीर में ताकत हो तो तभी कर लेना चाहिए।
