इस बीच, कांग्रेस सहित विपक्षी दलों ने विधेयक पर बहस की मांग की है, जिसके बाद लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने कहा कि सदन में आदेश होने पर ऐसा हो सकता है। सोमवार दोपहर 2 बजे राज्यसभा में बिल पेश किया जाएगा।
