जवाब:-18 अप्रैल 1966
सवाल:- आपका जन्म कहां हुआ ?
जवाब:– मेरा जन्म स्थान गांव भाना डिस्ट्रिक्ट कैथल हरियाणा में हुआ है।
सवाल:- आपके पिताजी और माता का नाम क्या है?
जवाब:- मेरे पिताजी का नाम श्री धर्मपाल शर्मा जी है और मेरी माता जी नाम श्रीमती सीता देवी है।
सवाल:- आपकी शादी कौन से सन में हुई थी और आपकी पत्नी का नाम क्या है?
जवाब:- मेरी शादी 1994 में हुई थी। मेरी पत्नी का नाम उषा रानी है।
सवाल:- आप की कितनी संतान है?जवाब:- मेरे दो बच्चे हैं बड़े बेटे का नाम है लक्ष्य अत्रे जिसका जन्म 1996 में हुआ दूसरे नंबर के बेटे का नाम मृदुल अत्रे हैं और जिसका जन्म 2002 में हुआ।

जवाब:- शुरुआती दसवीं क्लास तक मेरी शिक्षा मेरे गांव में ही हुई है फिर उसके बाद में आरकेएसडी कॉलेज कैथल में गया उसके बाद मैं दिल्ली आ गया।
सवाल:- दिल्ली में आपने किस विषय की पढ़ाई की?
जवाब:- दिल्ली में पढ़ाई तो मैंने कोर्सपोंडेंस से की थी साथ में फर्स्ट एड का कोर्स किया उसके बाद टाइपिस्ट का, स्टेनोग्राफर का कोर्स किया मैं 1987- 88 में दिल्ली आया। दिल्ली में आने के बाद पहले साथ-साथ में यह सब काम किया। दिल्ली में मैराथन हुई थी जिसमें राजीव गांधी जी ने झंडे दिखाए थे उस मैराथन में मैंने भी हिस्सा लिया था मैं खेलने में थोड़ा ठीक था उस मैराथन में डेढ़ लाख लोग दौड़े थे उसमें 71वां नंबर मैंने प्राप्त किया था।

सफल होने के लिए मुझे इंसान बनने की प्रेरणा मिलीसवाल:- जब आपका पढ़ाई का दौर रहा इसमें परिवार की स्थिति कैसी थी?
जवाब:- परिवार की स्थिति बहुत अच्छी थी मेरे दादाजी पंडित नेकी राम जी उनमें भक्ति की प्रकाष्ठा, धर्म की प्रकाष्ठा, नियम में रहने वाले सच्चाई के मार्ग पर चलने वाले या यूं कहा जाए कि ऐसे व्यक्तित्व बहुत कम होते हैं। वह मेरे प्रेरणा स्त्रोत तो रहे ही मैं उनके चरणों में सर रखकर सोता था मैं उन्हीं के साथ रहा उनकी सेवा की मैंने। वह मुझे एक ही बात बोलते थे कि बेटा अगर जीवन में सफल होना है पैसा तो सब कमाते हैं सफल तो सब होते हैं लेकिन इंसान हर कोई नहीं बनता उन्होंने मुझे इंसान बनने की प्रेरणा दी।
आदमी कब बनता है आदमी जब आदमी बिना स्वार्थ के, बिना निष्काम भाव से किसी की सेवा करेगा किसी के काम आएगा तब इंसान बनेगा। दूसरी बात जिसमें हमारी मेहनत शामिल ना हो जिस पर हमारा हक नहीं बनता एक अन्न का दाना और एक पानी की बूंद कभी कोशिश मत करना लेने की किसी से भी।
सवाल:- दिल्ली में आपने कितना लंबा समय गुजारा है उसके बारे में बताइए?जवाब:- मैं दिल्ली में 1987 से लेकर 1996 तक रहा। आपने सुना होगा कि एक बार अकाल पड़ा था 12 साल तक बारिश नहीं हुई थी उस समय की आपको एक बात बताऊं तो पूरे गांव में सिर्फ हमारे पास ही खाने के लिए अनाज था, हर घर में ऐसे लोग अपने कुल्हड़ लेकर बैठते थे। हमारी दादी उन सब को भर कर देती थी जो उनके पास है, वैभव संपदा थी, पैसा था, रुपया था, सब उन्होंने सामाजिक कल्याण में लोगों की सेवा में लगा दिया, फिर भाइयों का आपस में बंटवारा हुआ तब स्थिति थोड़ी सी कमजोर हो गई।
सवाल:- आपने दिल्ली में 9 साल का जो सफर तय किया उसमें आपकी यादों के कोई अच्छे खट्टे मीठे पल जो आपको याद आते हों, कोई एक किस्सा हमें बताएं?
जवाब:- दिल्ली में मुझे अपने आप को सफल करने के लिए मैंने हर दांव खेला, बस अपने ईमान को छोड़ कर के मैंने हर चीज दांव पर लगा दी। सिर्फ सफल होने के लिए अपनी नींद, अपने सुख, अपने सपने, मैंने अपना सब कुछ त्याग किया जैसा कि मैंने आपको बताया है कि मैं दिल्ली आने के बाद स्टेनोग्राफर, शॉर्ट हैंड, फर्स्ट एड का कोर्स किया उसके बाद मैंने खेलों में हिस्सा लेना शुरू किया।
सवाल:- कौन सा खेल खेलते थे आप?
जवाब:- मैं एथलेटिक्स और क्रिकेट का बहुत शौकीन हूं, मुझे अपने आप पर बहुत गर्व था। जब तक कोई खुद नहीं चाहे तब तक आप हार नहीं सकते। एक माहौल ऐसा था कि मुझे भाइयों के बीच में रहना था। मैं ऑफिसर ऐसा बनूं जो इंडिया में नंबर वन हो, ऐसा काम करूंगा लोग मुझे जानेंगे, पहचानेंगे, नाम होगा। लेकिन धीरे-धीरे परिस्थिति ऐसी बनी कि मैं बिजनेस की और मेरा रुख होता चला गया।
सवाल:- बिजनेस का रुझान कब और कैसे हुआ कुछ याद आते हैं वह पल?जवाब:- बिल्कुल बिल्कुल याद आते हैं दिल्ली में जब मैं रह रहा था तब हमारा दोस्त था उसके साथ रहता था। मेरे दोस्त का नाम चमन गुप्ता और एक मधु गुप्ता था जब उनके साथ में रहता था तो एक बार दिवाली आ गई जब मैंने देखा कि छोटे-छोटे बच्चे 100-200 के पटाखे छुड़ाते थे उस जमाने में यह 1989 की बात है तब मुझे लगा कि हो सकता है कि जो मैं सोच रहा हूं , मैं उस मुकाम तक ना पहुंच पाउं नौकरी से इतने बड़े काम सम्भव नहीं हैं। यहां मुझे लगा कि मुझे बिजनेस सीखना चाहिए। कितनी कम उम्र के बच्चे जब इतने वैसे सिर्फ पटाखों में लगा रहे हैं और उस समय पर एक हेल्पर की जो दिन भर की मजदूरी होती थी वह ₹160 से ₹170 होती थी तब मैंने सोचा कि बिजनेस में पैसा बहुत है। तब उन हालात को देखकर मेरे मन में पैसे का आकर्षण पैदा हुआ।
सवाल:- रियल एस्टेट का काम की ओर रुख आपका दिल्ली से ही हुआ या बाद में?
जवाब:- नहीं दिल्ली में धीरे-धीरे मैंने काम से कहा साथ में पढ़ाई भी करता रहा, काम सीखता गया। मेरे मन में यह था चाहे मैं पढ़ाई में रहूं चाहे में बिजनेस पर हूं, बस कामयाब होना है मुझे, यह मेरे मन के अंदर एक चाहत धीरे-धीरे आकार लेती गई। मैंने पढ़ाई छोड़ दी, और बिजनेस के ऊपर फोकस कर दिया।
