सिंघल ने कहा कि अखिल भारतीय अग्रवाल सम्मेलन पूरे देश में समाज का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाला राष्ट्रीय संगठन है। सम्मेलन समाज के जरूरतमंद लोगों की सहायता सेवा और भलाई को समर्पित है। उन्होंने कहा कि संगठन का उद्देश्य महाराजा अग्रसेन की नीतियों का प्रचार प्रसार करते हुए समाज को एकजुट करना और जनहित के कार्यों के लिए युवा पीढ़ी को प्रेरित करना है। वह संगठन के इस उद्देश्य को पूरा करने के लिए प्रयासरत रहेंगे।
