गन्नौर: भारतीय योग संस्थान गन्नोर इकाई की टीम ने 56वां योग दिवस लहरी सिंह पार्क में बतौर मुख्यातिथि केनरा बैंक के प्रबंधक विनोद कुमार ने कहा कि योग सेहत को स्वस्थ रखता है। योग आत्मा और परमात्मा से मेल करवाता है।
संस्थान के जिला प्रधान मास्टर ओमप्रकाश ने महर्षि पतंजलि के अष्टांग योग पर प्रकाश डाला। मास्टर यशबीर धामा ने प्राणायम तथा डा. प्रेम ने ध्यान का अभ्यास करवाया। योग आचार्य छबील दास ने सभी को नियमित रूप से योग कर जीवन को सुन्दर बनाने की सलाह दी। उन्होंने कहा कि योग ही ऐसी पद्धत्ति है जिसके सहारे तन-मन व दिमाग को स्वस्थ व शुद्ध रखा जा सकता है। योग के सहारे भारत को विश्व का तारनहार बनाया जा सकता है। योगाचार्यों ने कार्यक्रम में मौजूद लोगों को विभिन्न योेगासन व प्राणायम करवाए। इस मौके पर मास्टर ओमप्रकाश ने जिला कार्यकारिणी की टीम एवं उपस्थित सभी साधको का आभार जताया।
