सोनीपत: पोषण जागरूकता अभियान चलाएं लोगों का स्वास्थ्य बनाएं: नरवाल
सीडीपीओ कृष्णा नरवाल ने कहा कि कुपोषण को जड़ से मिटा कर देश को स्वस्थ एवं एनीमिया मुक्त बनाना हमारा लक्ष्य है। इस पोषण माह के दौरान लोगों को जागरूक किया जाएगा कि वह पौष्टिक भोजन खाएं, जिसमें फल, दूध, दही व हरी सब्जियों को शामिल करें।
खरखौदा/सोनीपत: महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग की तरफ से गुरुवार को पोषण माह की शुरूआत कर दी गई। जिसके तहत खंड स्तर पर सीडीपीओ कृष्णा नरवाल की अगुवाई में सभी सुपरवाइजर व आंगनबाड़ी वर्कर एकत्रित हुई और क्षेत्र में पोषण जागरूकता अभियान चलाकर लोगों का स्वास्थ्य बनाए रखने की शपथ ली गई।
सीडीपीओ कृष्णा नरवाल ने कहा कि कुपोषण को जड़ से मिटा कर देश को स्वस्थ एवं एनीमिया मुक्त बनाना हमारा लक्ष्य है। इस पोषण माह के दौरान लोगों को जागरूक किया जाएगा कि वह पौष्टिक भोजन खाएं, जिसमें फल, दूध, दही व हरी सब्जियों को शामिल करें। इस अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए यह संदेश घर-घर तक पहुंचाने का काम आंगनवाड़ी वर्करों द्वारा किया जाएगा। जिसमें विभिन्न गतिविधियों का सहारा लिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी को पौष्टिक आहार लेना चाहिए और नवजात शिशु को 6 माह तक केवल मां का दूध पिलाना चाहिए। साथ ही संतुलित भोजन गर्भवती माताओं व दूध पिलाने वाली माता के लिए बहुत ही जरूरी है। इस दौरान आंगनबाड़ी वर्कर बताऐंगी कि महिलाएं और बच्चों के साथ ही आम जन भी स्वास्थ्य बनाए रखने के लिए फास्ट फूड से दूरी बनाने का काम करें।
