गन्नौर की विधायक निर्मल चौधरी ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय गीता महोत्सव-2021 के जिला स्तरीय समारोह के तीसरे दिन स्थानीय सेक्टर-15 स्थित जागृति धाम से नगर शोभा यात्रा को झण्डी दिखाकर रवाना किया। उन्होंने गीता पालकी में स्थापित गीता की पूजा की।

गन्नौर की विधायक निर्मल चौधरी ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय गीता महोत्सव-2021 के जिला स्तरीय समारोह के तीसरे दिन स्थानीय सेक्टर-15 स्थित जागृति धाम से नगर शोभा यात्रा को झण्डी दिखाकर रवाना किया। उन्होंने गीता पालकी में स्थापित गीता की पूजा की। इस भव्य नगर शोभा यात्रा में जीयो गीता परिवार, जागृति धाम, श्री कृष्ण कृपा सेवा समिति व अन्य समितियों की 9 भव्य झांकियां एवं तीन बैण्ड शामिल थे। नगर शोभा यात्रा जागृति धाम से शुरू होकर विवेकानन्द चौंक, दिल्ली रोड़, मामा भांजा चौंक, गीता भवन चौक, गोहाना रोड़ फ्लाईओवर, ककरोई चौक, तिरंगा चौक होते हुए सुभाष स्टेडियम में संपन्न हुई, जहां पर महोत्सव की नोडल अधिकारी एवं एसडीएम सोनीपत शशि वसुंधरा ने शोभा यात्रा का स्वागत किया। नगर निगम के संयुक्त आयुक्त एवं यात्रा के नोडल अधिकारी सुभाष चंद्र तथा क्षेत्रीय परिवहन प्राधिकरण के सचिव मानव मलिक भी मौजूद रहे। जिला परिषद की अतिरिक्त मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी द्विजा भी मौजूद रही। गीता की पालकी से गीता को मंच पर स्थापित किया गया। नगर शोभा यात्रा की झांकियों में गणेश, भगत सिंह, भारत मां, श्री कृष्ण, गीता पालकी आदि झांकियां शामिल थी। यात्रा में संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों के अतिरिक्त एनसीसी एवं स्काउट्स गाईड के बच्चे भी शामिल रहे।
जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी प्रोमिला भारद्वाज, जिला खेल एवं युवा कार्यक्रम अधिकारी ज्योति खत्री, नगर निगम पार्षद नीतू दहिया, जिला बाल संरक्षण अधिकारी डॉ० ऋतु गिल सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी, धार्मिक व सामाजिक संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधियों में मोहन सिंह मनोचा, ऊषा भंडारी, अश्वनी चुघ, नरेन्द्र भुटानी, सतपाल अहलावत, रविन्द्र शर्मा, नीतू दहिया, विभा, प्रवीण जैन, सुमन, पूर्व प्राचार्या संतोष राठी सहित विभिन्न संस्थाओं के प्रतिनिधि, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के प्रतिभागी तथा विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी आदि उपस्थित रहे।
