सोनीपत:मेगा कैंप जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सुभाष मेहला ने किया शुभारंभ
जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ने कहा कि नालसा व हालसा के निर्देशानुसार लोगों को एक ही जगह पर कम से कम समय में अधिक से अधिक जनकल्याणकारी सेवाएं देने व सहायता प्रदान करते हुए उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान करने के उद्देश्य से यह मेगा कैंप लगाया गया है। जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के पैनल एडवोकेट व वालंटियर सहायता कर रहे थे।

सोनीपत: आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव के तहत जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण की ओर से जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से मंगलवार को बीट्स कॉलेज मोहाना परिसर में लगे मेगा कैंप में कुल 37 स्टॉलस पर 61 हजार 382 नागरिकों ने सरकार की सेवाओं व योजनाओं का लाभ उठाया। जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश एवं जिला विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष सुभाष मेहला ने रीबन काटकर मेगा कैंप का शुभारंभ किया।
जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ने कहा कि नालसा व हालसा के निर्देशानुसार लोगों को एक ही जगह पर कम से कम समय में अधिक से अधिक जनकल्याणकारी सेवाएं देने व सहायता प्रदान करते हुए उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान करने के उद्देश्य से यह मेगा कैंप लगाया गया है। जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के पैनल एडवोकेट व वालंटियर सहायता कर रहे थे।

मुख्य न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी एवं जिला विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण के सचिव रमेश चन्द्र सुधार की दिशा में डीएलएसए ने महत्वपूर्ण कदम बढ़ाये हैं। ईमानदारी से अपने दायित्व का निर्वहन करें। पैरा लीगल वोल्यूंटियर एवं अधिवक्ताओं ने जिला के सभी गांवों में कानूनी सेवाओं तथा सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए कैंपों का आयोजन किया है। पब्लिक डिलिंग के लगभग सभी विभागों द्वारा स्टॉल लगाए गए हैं और संबंधित अधिकारी-कर्मचारी लोगों को सेवाओं के बारे में जागरूक कर रहे हैं। एडीआर सेंटर स्थापित किया गया है जहां पर नागरिकों को कानूनी जानकारी दी जाती है।
डीएसपी सतीश कुमार, हिंदूस्तान स्काउट गाईड के रामकुमार, दिलबाग सिंह, बीट्स कॉलेज मोहाना के प्रबंधक सतीश बल्हारा व डायरेक्टर प्रविन्द्र बांगड, डीआई कर्मबीर िसंह, जोगिन्द्र ग्रेवाल, कानूनी सेवक दीपक मंथन, डीएलएसए से सहायक अधिकारी अशोक शर्मा, मणि प्रसाद शर्मा, सुमित दहिया तथा सचिन शर्मा सहित अनेक सक्षम युवाओं ने हिस्सा लिया।

जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, डिस्ट्रिक्ट कोर्ट, जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी महिला एवं बाल विकास, उद्यान विभाग, कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग, भारतीय डाक विभाग, हेल्थ डिपार्टमेंट, अग्रणी बैंक पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, पीएनबी ग्रामीण स्वरोजगार प्रशिक्षण संस्थान नसीबपुर, इलेक्शन डिपार्टमेंट, मुंसिपल कमेटी, जन स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी विभाग, कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर, आधार सेवा केंद्र, जिला परिवहन अधिकारी कम सचिव प्रादेशिक परिवहन प्राधिकरण, पुलिस विभाग साइबर क्राइम ब्रांच, यातायात पुलिस, राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, रोजगार विभाग, हरियाणा भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड श्रम विभाग हरियाणा, रेडक्रॉस सोसाइटी, लर्निंग लाइसेंस अथोरिटी, दक्षिण बिजली विभाग, हरियाणा राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन डीआरडीए, फूड एंड सप्लाई डिपार्टमेंट,अनुसूचित जाति एवं पिछड़े वर्ग कल्याण विभाग डिस्टिक वेलफेयर, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग तथा वन विभाग शामिल रहे।
