सोनीपत: मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणा के बाद भी झरोठी के ग्रामीणों को पीने का पानी नहीं मिला
खरखौदा खंड के गांव झरोठी से वीरेंद्र सिंह, भीम,पीड़ित,अनिल झरोठी, आशा, सुदेश आदि सैकड़ों ग्रामीण एकत्रित होकर मिनी सचिवालय में पहुंचे और जिला उपायुक्त के माध्यम से प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा है।

सोनीपत। खरखौदा के गांव झरोठी के ग्रामीणों ने मिनी सचिवालय पहुंचकर पीने के पानी की समस्या को लेकर गुरुवार को प्रदर्शन किया है और महिलाओं ने विरोध में मटके फोड़े हैं। ग्रामीण महिलाओं का कहना है कि मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणा के बाद भी उनको पीने का पानी मिल रहा है। कई किलोमीटर दूर जाकर पीने के पानी लेकर आते हैं। वहां भी लंबी लाइन लग जाती है। सोनीपत प्रशासनिक अधिकारी मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणा को भी नजर अंदाज कर रहे हैं।
खरखौदा खंड के गांव झरोठी से वीरेंद्र सिंह, भीम,पीड़ित,अनिल झरोठी, आशा, सुदेश आदि सैकड़ों ग्रामीण एकत्रित होकर मिनी सचिवालय में पहुंचे और जिला उपायुक्त के माध्यम से प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा है। झरोठी गांव में पिछले लंबे समय से लोगों के घरों में पीने के पानी की लाइन का कार्य लंबित पड़ा हुआ है और जिसके चलते पिछले दिनों ग्रामीणों ने प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री को अपने ही गांव के आयोजित कार्यक्रम में पीने के पानी की व्यवस्था को लेकर समस्या से अवगत कराया था और मौके पर ही प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर ने पीने के पानी की व्यवस्था को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारी और जिला उपायुक्त को आदेश जारी किए थे।
लेकिन सोनीपत के इस गांव में ना तो पाइप लाइन बिछाई गई है और ना ही लोगों के घरों तक पीने के पानी की व्यवस्था का इंतजाम हो पाया है और हालात यह है कि जिस वक्त परिवार में बच्चों और अन्य सदस्यों के लिए भोजन की व्यवस्था करनी होती है। उसी वक्त महिलाओं को सिर पर मटका उठाकर गांव से दो किलोमीटर दूर जाकर पानी लाना होता है और वहां भी एक नलकूप होने के कारण लंबी लाइन लग जाती है और जिसके कारण ज्यादातर लोग पैसों से पानी खरीद कर पीने को मजबूर है और सोनीपत के प्रशासन की लचर व्यवस्था और अनदेखी के चलते ग्रामीण बूंद-बूंद को तरस रहे हैं और वही अपनी समस्या को लेकर गांव के मौजूद व्यक्ति कई बार एकत्रित होकर अलग-अलग दरवाजे पर अर्जी लगा चुके हैं। लेकिन अधिकारी सुनते नहीं और सरकार की नीतियों को पलीता लगा रहे हैं। गांव में जो नलकूप लगे हुए हैं उनका पानी खराब होने के चलते लोगों को परेशानी उठानी पड़ती है क्योंकि नलकूप से खारा पानी पहुंच रहा है और जिसका प्रयोग करने से लोग न केवल बीमार पड़ रहे हैं बल्कि शरीर में भी काफी नुकसान होता है।
