गन्नौर/सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: जीटी रोड स्थित प्रयास इंटरनेशनल स्कूल गन्नौर में चल रहे 5 दिवसीय स्पोर्ट्स कार्निवाल का रविवार को समापन हुआ। सांसद रमेश कौशिक ने बतौर मुख्यातिथि विजेताओं को सम्मानित किया वहीं बच्चों को कड़ी मेहनत और विश्वास के साथ आगे बढ़ने का संदेश दिया।
विधायक निर्मल चौधरी, आईसीएस कोचिंग समुह के चेयरमैन परिमल कुमार, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा. जयकिशोर व डीएसपी जोगेंद्र राठी विशिष्टतिथि के तौर पर उपस्थित हुए। पांच दिवसीय प्रतिस्पर्धा में विद्यालय के 1043 बच्चों ने विभिन्न खेलों में भाग लिया, जिसमें हर कक्षा से बेस्ट परफॉर्मर ऑफ द ईयर चुना गया। स्कूल की स्टूडेंट ऑफ द ईयर लड़की वर्ग से कक्षा 9वीं की छात्रा साक्षी राठी चुनी गई, जबकि लड़के वर्ग में कक्षा 7वीं के चक्षु स्टूडेंट ऑफ द ईयर चुना गया। ट्रॉफी पर टाइटन हाउस ने अपना कब्जा जमाया जबकि रनरअप ट्रॉफी पायनियर हाउस के खिलाड़ियों ने जीती। वहीं ऑल ओवर विजेता कॉक हाउस रहा। इस दौरान विधायक निर्मल चौधरी ने स्कूल के सामने सड़क मार्ग की मुरम्मत व सड़क पर रोशनी की व्यवस्था कराने का आश्वासन दिया। इस मौके पर स्कूल चेयरमैन सुरेश बत्रा, प्रबंधक अमित बत्रा, अजय जैन, रुचिका बत्रा, प्राचार्य कृष्ण मलिक, मुख्य अध्यापिका नीता लूथरा व रजिस्ट्रार डा. मनोज ने अतिथियों को स्मृति चिह्न भेंट कर उन्हें सम्मानित किया।
