सोनीपत: मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष योजना के अतर्गत पीडि़तों आर्थिक सहायता: सांसद कौशिक
सांसद ने बताया कि आर्थिक सहायता के लिए प्रार्थी सरल पोर्टल के माध्यम से सुविधा का लाभ ले सकते हैं। आर्थिक सहायता की राशि सीधे आवेदक या लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते में ट्रांसफर की जाएगी।

सोनीपत: सांसद रमेश कौशिक ने रविवार को बताया कि केन्द्र में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी तथा राज्य में मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार गरीब लोगों के ईलाज अच्छे अस्पतालों में करवाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष योजना में संशोधन कर 03 बीमारियों के ईलाज के स्थान पर करीब 25 बीमारियों के ईलाज के लिए पीडि़त व्यक्ति को आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जा रही है।
सांसद ने बताया कि आर्थिक सहायता के लिए प्रार्थी सरल पोर्टल के माध्यम से सुविधा का लाभ ले सकते हैं। आर्थिक सहायता की राशि सीधे आवेदक या लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते में ट्रांसफर की जाएगी। आवेदक अपनी पीपीपी यानी परिवार पहचान पत्र आईडी के माध्यम से सरल पोर्टल पर आवेदन करें। आवेदकों को अपने चिकित्सा बिल, ओपीडी बिल आदि संबंधित दस्तावेज अपलोड कर मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष (सीएमआरएफ) से चिकित्सा आधार पर वित्तीय सहायता के लिए आवेदन करें। आर्थिक सहायता के लिए जिला स्तरीय कमेटी का गठित है, जिसमें संबंधित एमपी, एमएलए, उपायुक्त, सिविल सर्जन, नगर परिषद व नगर पालिकाओं के अध्यक्ष, जिला परिषद के चेयरमैन, पंचायत समिति के चेयरमैन को सदस्य और नगराधीश को नोडल अधिकारी हैं।
सांसद ने बताया कि आवेदक आर्थिक सहायता के लिए जब आवेदन करेगा तो आवेदन को संबंधित क्षेत्र जनप्रतिनिधि पांच दिन के भीतर अपनी सिफारिशों के साथ उपायुक्त कार्यालय को भेजेंगे। उपायुक्त कार्यालय द्वारा संबंधित तहसीलदार को आवेदक की चल-अचल संपत्ति की वेरिफिकेशन तथा सिविल सर्जन को मेडिकल दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन करेंगे। वेरिफिकेशन के लिए चार दिन व सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय से जुड़े सत्यापन कार्य के लिए पांच दिन की समयसीमा निर्धारित है।
