सोनीपत: सवा चार साल की बच्ची से दरिंदगी का आरोपी को दोषी करार आजीवन कारावास
सोनीपत शहर थाना क्षेत्र की महिला ने 18 जुलाई, 2021 को पुलिस को बताया था कि उसकी सवा चार साल की बेटी घर में खेल रही थी। उनका पड़ोसी श्रवण ने खिलाने व घुमाने के बहाने से बच्ची को घर से ले गया था। अक्सर वह बच्ची को ले जाता था और बाद में घर छोड़ जाता था।

सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: सवा चार साल की बच्ची से दरिंदगी करने के मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सुरुचि अतरेजा सिंह की अदालत ने गुरुवार को आरोपी को दोषी करार दिया है। अदालत ने दोषी को आजीवन कारावास और 50 हजार रुपये जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है। यह जुर्माना राशि पीड़ित बच्चे को देने के आदेश दिए हैं।
सोनीपत शहर थाना क्षेत्र की महिला ने 18 जुलाई, 2021 को पुलिस को बताया था कि उसकी सवा चार साल की बेटी घर में खेल रही थी। उनका पड़ोसी श्रवण ने खिलाने व घुमाने के बहाने से बच्ची को घर से ले गया था। अक्सर वह बच्ची को ले जाता था और बाद में घर छोड़ जाता था। जब वह घर में झाडू लगा रही थी तो उसे अचानक बच्ची के रोने की आवाज सुनाई दी। जिस पर जब वह बेटी को लेने श्रवण के कमरे में गई तो वह बच्ची के साथ अनैतिक कृत्य कर रहा था। श्रवण का जब उसने विरोध किया तो वह धमकी देकर भाग गया था। इसकी पुलिस को शिकायत दी गई पुलिस ने जांच के बाद माूला दर्ज कर लिया था। मामले में कार्रवाई करते हुए सिटी थाना पुलिस ने मूलरूप से यूपी के जिला मऊ के गांव मुदरियाबाद निवासी श्रवण को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।
गुरुवार को इस मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए एएसजे सुरुचि अतरेजा सिंह की अदालत ने आरोपी श्रवण को दोषी करार दिया। गुरुवार को अदालत ने दोषी को छह पॉक्सो एक्ट में आजीवन कारावास व 50 हजार रुपये जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है।
सोनीपत: दुष्कर्म का आरोपी गिरफ्तार, न्यायालय में पेश किया जेल भेजा
गन्नौर की पुलिस ने दुष्कर्म की घटना में संलिप्त एके आरोपी गुरुवार को आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी को न्यायालय में पेश किया जहां से उसको जेल भेज दिया गया है।
सोनीपत के निवासी एक व्यक्ति ने थाना गन्नौर में शिकायत दी थी कि अरुण निवासी घरौंडा जिला करनाल हाल आर्यन भट्ठा पुरखास ने उसकी नाबालिग बेटी के साथ दुष्कर्म किया था। थाना गन्नौर में यह मामला दर्ज किया गया। थाना गन्नौर के एएसआई प्रदीप ने अपनी पुलिस टीम के साथ कार्रवाई करते हुए न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने बयान करवाकर महिला विशेषज्ञ से काउंसलिंग करवाई। दूसरी ओर कार्रवाई करते हुये घटना मे संलिप्त आरोपी अरुण निवासी घरौंडा जिला करनाल हाल आर्यन भट्ठा पुरखास को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। आरोपी को जेल भेज दिया गया
