सोनीपत : 13 फर्म, आठ व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ मामला 5 करोड़ की ठगी
कारोबारी के नाम से कंपनी से सीमेंट मंगवाया और धोखाधड़ी की। गृहमंत्री के निर्देश पर आर्थिक अपराध शाखा ने जांच की और कारोबारी के आरोप सही मिले। जिसमें 13 फर्म और आठ आराेपितों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

सोनीपत: गन्नौर के एक कारोबारी ने सीमेंट की टाइल्स बनाने वाली फर्म के बैंक चेकों का प्रयोग कर पांच करोड़ से ज्यादा की ठगी कर ली। अपने नौकरों और कर्मचारियों के नाम से फर्जी फर्म बनाई जिसमें दिल्ली के फर्जी पते दिखाये। कारोबारी के नाम से कंपनी से सीमेंट मंगवाया और धोखाधड़ी की। गृहमंत्री के निर्देश पर आर्थिक अपराध शाखा ने जांच की और कारोबारी के आरोप सही मिले। जिसमें 13 फर्म और आठ आराेपितों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
आइए पहले माला क्या इसको जान लें
सोनीपत सेक्टर-16 निवासी सतीश दहिया ने बताया कि उसका सीमेंट की टाइल्स बनाने का काम है। उनकी राई में महालक्ष्मी बिल्डर्स के नाम से कंपनी है। वर्ष 2012-13 में गन्नौर के गोयल सीमेंट स्टोर के संचालक विजय गोयल ने दस रुपया सस्ता सीमेंट देने का भरोसा दिया था। उन्होंने 58 लाख रुपया देकर सीमेंट उनसे लेना शुरू कर दिया था। वह जेपी सीमेंट का होलसेलर था। उससे लगातार कारोबार चलता रहा। उसको कई ब्लैंक चेक सिग्नेचर कराकर ले लिए थे।
सतीश दहिया जब 2016 में बीमार हुए
सतीश दहिया 2016 में बीमार हो गए और अपनी फर्म की देखभाल नहीं कर सके। विजय गोयल ने महालक्ष्मी बिल्डर्स के डी-फार्म का दुरुपयोग करते हुए सीमेंट के बड़ी मात्रा में आर्डर किये और सीमेंट को बाजार में बेच दिया। उनकी फर्म की टाइल्स को भी बाजार में बेचा गया। कई फर्म को इस सीमेंट आैर टाइल्स की फर्जी बिक्री दिखा दी। वहीं सीमेंट मंगवाने के लिए उनके द्वारा दिए गए ब्लैंक चेक का प्रयोग किया गया।
आरोपित ने नौकरों कर्मचारियों के नाम से फर्जी फर्म बनाई
आरोपित विजय गोयल ने अपने नौकरों और कर्मचारियों के नाम से फर्जी फर्म बनवा ली। सोनीपत निवासी कर्मचारियों का पता दिल्ली का दिखा दिया। उनके यहां से सतीश दहिया की फर्म से तैयार माल की बिक्री दिखा दी गई, जबकि इस दौरान कोई माल बना ही नहीं था।
इन फर्म की बैंक में जांच की मालुम हुआ कि फर्जीवाड़े के लिए इनका प्रयोग किया है।
पुलिस नहीं की सुनवाई तो गृहमंत्री को शिकायत की
पीड़ित सतीश दहिया द्वारा दी गई शिकायत पर पुलिस ने कार्रवाई नहीं की तो उसने गृहमंत्री को शिकायत दे दी। गृहमंत्री कार्यालय के निर्देश के बाद आर्थिक अपराध शाखा ने मामले की जांच की तो आरोपों सही मिले। राई थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज की गई।
इन पर हुआ मामला दर्ज
जांच रिपोर्ट में अग्रवाल सेनेटरी व मारवल स्टोर-गन्नौर, ग्लोबल इंटररप्राइज गन्नौर, गोयल सीमेंट स्टोर गन्नौर, बालाजी फेबरीकेट्स बड़ी, श्री श्याम सीमेंट स्टोर गन्नौर, गोवर्धन ओवरसीज नई दिल्ली, त्रिशला इम्पैक्स नई दिल्ली, आशु सेल्स नई दिल्ली, वीसी इन्टरप्राइज, त्रिशला इम्पैक्स सोनीपत, आशु सेल्स दिल्ली, गोवर्धन ओवरसीज द्वितीय, रोशन लाल गुलाब कुमार दिल्ली आदि फर्म के साथ ही रोशनलाल, अनीता गुप्ता, धर्मेन्द्र प्रकाश, सबल सिंह, रामचन्द्र, अंशुल गोयल पर मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
सीमेंट के 400-500 बोरों को छोटे वाहनों व कार के नंबरों पर सप्लाई दिखाया गया है। एक बाइक से भी सप्लाई दिखाई गई है। यह सीटी-100 बाइक पंजीकृत है। इस पर 200 बोरा सीमेंट की सप्लाई दिखाई गई है। अन्य वाहनों के फर्जी नंबर पर बिल काटे गए हैं।
थाना राई के एसएचओ इंस्पेक्टर देवेंद्र कुमार शर्मा ने बताया कि शिकायत के आधार पर रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली गई है। मामले में आर्थिक अपराध शाखा की रिपोर्ट के साथ ही संबंधित फर्मों की डिटेल बैंकों से ली जाएगी। आरोपितों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
