रोहतक में दो बूंद वर्षा ने उधौगिक परिसर का हाल बिगाड़ा। हरियाणा व्यापार मंडल के अध्यक्ष विजय लक्ष्मी चंद गुप्ता ने प्रेस के नाम जारी एक बयान में कहा कि कल शाम को हल्की बूंदाबांदी ओर आज की वर्षा ने पूरे उधोगीक परिसर का आवागमन ,पानी के चारो तरफ भरने से ठहर सा गया। वहीं सुप्रीम कोर्ट में नए उधोजिक परिसर पर स्टेटस को स्टे होने के बावजूद विभाग द्वारा डवलपमेंट चार्ज का नाम पर लाखों रू की चिट्ठी सभी फैक्ट्रियों का मालिको को नए ओर पुराने परिसर में गैर कानूनी तरीके से वसूल कर रहे है ओर बिजली विभाग की पिछले चार दिनों से नाकामी से पूरा उदोगिक परिसर में अंधेरा होने के कारण त्राहि त्राहि मचची हुई है।
फैक्ट्री मालिको को कम्पनी सेदुयल पूरा करने और लेबर का वेतन निकालने के लिए जरनेट्रो पर सारा बोझ डालने से जरनेटर भी दम तोड चुके लेकिन सरकार ओर अधिकारियों के कान पर कोई जू तक नहीं रेंगी। आज रोहतक उधौगिक परिसर जंहा सरकार के खजाने को जीएसटी के रूप में भरने का काम करते है तो वही बिजली का सबसे अधिक बिलो को भर कर सरकार की स्थिति को मजबूत करने का काम करने वाला उद्योगपति आज मूलभूत सुविधाओं से वंचित है। सड़को का बूरा हाल है।सीवरेज व्यवस्था ठप होने से गनदा पानी सड़को पर खुला चलने से बीमारी के फैलने का भ्य बना रहता है।
सरकारी हस्पताल का न होना, प्रवासी मजदूर इलाज से महरूम रहता है। डाकखाना न होना, स्ट्रीट लाइट का न होना चोरियो को निमंत्रण देता है । पुलिस चौकी जिसका निर्माण उद्योग पतियो द्वारा करवाया आज कुतो ने अपना घरोना बनाया हुआ है। गुप्ता ने सरकार ओर प्रशासन से मांग को है कि समय रहते अपनी आंखे खोल ले अन्यथा किसान आंदोलन को तरह उद्योगपतियों को भी सड़को पर उतरने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ेगा।
