नई दिल्ली जीजेडी न्यूज ब्यूरो: कांग्रेस पार्टी ने आगामी पंजाब विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए अपने 23 उम्मीदवारों की दूसरी सूची जारी कर दी है। ग्रैंड ओल्ड पार्टी ने अब 117 में से 109 सीटों के लिए उम्मीदवारों की घोषणा की है।
मुक्तसर से कांग्रेस के पूर्व सीएम हरचरण सिंह बराड़ की बहू करण बराड़ को टिकट दिया गया है. राजिंदर कौर भट्ठल के दामाद विक्रम बाजवा को भी साहनेवाल विधानसभा क्षेत्र से टिकट मिला है।
फिरोजपुर ग्रामीण, समराला, अमरगढ़ और शूतराना सीटों के मौजूदा विधायकों को टिकट नहीं दिया गया।
इसके अलावा, कांग्रेस ने अभी तक पटियाला अर्बन से अपने उम्मीदवार की घोषणा नहीं की है, जो पूर्व सीएम कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह के खिलाफ है।

आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के पूर्व नेता आशु बांगर को भी फिरोजपुर ग्रामीण निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से टिकट दिया गया है।
पंजाब में एक चरण में 20 फरवरी (सोमवार) को मतदान होगा। चुनाव की तारीख 14 फरवरी से बदलकर 20 कर दी गई क्योंकि अनुसूचित जाति (एससी) समुदाय के बहुत सारे लोग, पंजाब की लगभग 32% आबादी, आमतौर पर गुरु रविदास जयंती मनाने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी आते हैं। गुरु रविदास जयंती मनाने के लिए पंजाब से श्रद्धालु 10 से 16 फरवरी तक वाराणसी जाएंगे।
मतों की गिनती 10 मार्च 2022 (गुरुवार) को होगी।
