प्रशांत भूषण अवमानना मामला : सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सजा पर सुनवाई टाली,पुनर्विचार लिए दिया दो दिन का समय
वरिष्ठ वकील प्रशांत भूषण अवमानना मामले में आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सजा पर उनकी सुनवाई फ़िलहाल टाल दी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने प्रशांत भूषण को अपने लिखित बयान पर एक बार फिर से पुनर्विचार करने को कहा है और उन्हें इसके लिए सिर्फ दो दिन की मोहलत भी दी गयी है।

वरिष्ठ वकील प्रशांत भूषण अवमानना मामले में आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सजा पर उनकी सुनवाई फ़िलहाल टाल दी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने प्रशांत भूषण को अपने लिखित बयान पर एक बार फिर से पुनर्विचार करने को कहा है और उन्हें इसके लिए सिर्फ दो दिन की मोहलत भी दी गयी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की अवमानना मामले पर सुनवाई के दौरान वरिष्ठ वकील प्रशांत भूषण ने कहा कि मैं हर तरह की सजा के लिए तैयार हूँ। जस्टिस अरुण मिश्रा की अगुवाई वाली बेंच ने प्रशांत भूषण को विश्वास दिलाया है कि जब तक उन्हें अवमानना मामले में दोषी करार देने के फैसले के खिलाफ पुनर याचिका पर निर्णय नहीं किया जा सकता। तब तक सजा संबंधी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी। इस पर भूषण के वकील दुष्यंत दवे ने कहा कि वह न्यायालय में अनुचित काम करने को कह रहे हैं कि सजा तय करने संबंधी दलीलों पर सुनवाई कोई दूसरी पीठ करें ऐसा संभव नहीं है।

प्रशांत भूषण की तरफ से उनके वकील दूषण दवे ने कहा कि उत्तम न्यायालय में पुनर याचिका खारिज करने के लिए उनके पास 30 दिन का टाइम है जस्टिस अरुण मिश्रा ने कहा कि कोर्ट का फैसला कब पूरा होगा जब कोर्ट सजा सुना देगी इस पर उनके वकील दुष्यंत दवे ने कहा कि क्यूरेटिव पिटीशन का उपाय भी हमारे पास उपलब्ध है इसके जवाब में जस्टिस अरुण मिश्रा ने कहा कि दोष सिद्धि की सुनवाई सजा के रूप में होती है
