नई दिल्ली: दिल्ली-एनसीआर में वायु गुणवत्ता लगातार गिर रही है और लगातार तीसरे दिन भी यह ‘गंभीर’ बनी हुई है। दिल्ली का समग्र वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक (एक्यूआई) वर्तमान में 431 पर ‘गंभीर’ श्रेणी में है, जबकि एक्यूआई वर्तमान में ‘गंभीर’ श्रेणी में नोएडा (यूपी) में 529 पर है। गुरुग्राम (हरियाणा) में यह ‘गंभीर’ श्रेणी में 478 और धीरपुर के पास ‘गंभीर’ श्रेणी में 534 है।
समाचार एजेंसी पीटीआई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड और सफर के अनुसार, पृथ्वी और विज्ञान मंत्रालय के तहत एक पूर्वानुमान एजेंसी, शुक्रवार को राजधानी में पीएम2.5 प्रदूषण के 30 प्रतिशत के लिए पराली जलाने का कारण था।

400 से ऊपर का एक्यूआई “गंभीर” माना जाता है और स्वस्थ लोगों को प्रभावित कर सकता है और मौजूदा बीमारियों वाले लोगों को गंभीर रूप से प्रभावित कर सकता है। राजधानी के लगभग सभी निगरानी स्टेशनों ने वायु गुणवत्ता “गंभीर” दर्ज की, जिसमें 13 शामिल हैं जिन्होंने शुक्रवार को एक्यूआई 450 से अधिक दर्ज किया।
भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (आईएमडी) के एक अधिकारी ने पीटीआई के हवाले से कहा, “शनिवार को आसमान में आंशिक रूप से बादल छाए रहेंगे और सुबह में हल्का कोहरा रहेगा। अधिकतम और न्यूनतम तापमान क्रमश: 30 और 16 डिग्री सेल्सियस के आसपास रहने की संभावना है।
दिल्ली में प्राथमिक स्कूल बंद
दिल्ली का 24 घंटे का औसत AQI गुरुवार को “गंभीर प्लस” श्रेणी से एक पायदान कम 450 पर पहुंच गया था, जिससे ग्रेडेड रिस्पांस एक्शन प्लान (GRAP) के तहत प्रदूषण-विरोधी प्रतिबंधों के अंतिम चरण का संकेत मिला, जिसमें गैर-पर प्रतिबंध भी शामिल था। बीएस VI डीजल से चलने वाले हल्के मोटर वाहन, लागू किए जाने हैं।
दिल्ली में इलेक्ट्रिक और सीएनजी से चलने वाले ट्रकों के अलावा अन्य ट्रकों के प्रवेश पर भी प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने घोषणा की कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में शनिवार से प्राथमिक स्कूल बंद रहेंगे।
एक संवाददाता सम्मेलन में, दिल्ली के पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने घोषणा की कि शहर सरकार के 50 प्रतिशत कर्मचारी घर से काम करेंगे और कहा कि निजी कार्यालयों को सूट का पालन करने के लिए एक सलाह जारी की जाएगी। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि स्कूलों को वरिष्ठ छात्रों के लिए बाहरी गतिविधियों को कम करने के लिए कहा जाएगा।
गैर-बीएस VI डीजल से चलने वाले हल्के मोटर वाहनों पर प्रतिबंध
दिल्ली सरकार ने वायु गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन आयोग (CAQM) द्वारा अनुशंसित प्रदूषण-रोधी प्रतिबंधों को लागू करने का निर्णय लिया है, जिसमें गैर-बीएस VI डीजल से चलने वाले हल्के मोटर वाहनों पर प्रतिबंध भी शामिल है।
पीटीआई के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने शुक्रवार को बताया कि प्रदूषण बढ़ने के कारण कुछ वाहनों के चलने पर दिल्ली सरकार के प्रतिबंध का उल्लंघन करने पर 20,000 रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा। दिल्ली में पंजीकृत डीजल से चलने वाले मध्यम और भारी माल वाहनों को आवश्यक वस्तुओं को ले जाने या आवश्यक सेवाएं प्रदान करने वालों को छोड़कर दिल्ली में चलने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
एक अधिकारी ने पीटीआई के हवाले से कहा, “इन प्रतिबंधों का उल्लंघन करने पर मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के तहत 20,000 रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है। परिवहन मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत ने कहा, “दिल्ली शहर में बढ़ते वायु प्रदूषण के प्रभाव को कम करने के लिए सभी आवश्यक कदम उठाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
“यह महत्वपूर्ण था कि सभी आवश्यक वस्तुओं या सेवाओं की आपूर्ति किसी भी समय प्रभावित न हो, इसलिए इसके लिए उपयोग किए जा रहे वाहनों को प्रतिबंध से बाहर रखा गया है। मैं सभी नागरिकों से इसमें हमारा समर्थन करने और किसी भी यात्रा से बचने का आग्रह करता हूं जो कि है आवश्यक नहीं है और जितना संभव हो सार्वजनिक परिवहन का उपयोग करें, ”उन्होंने पीटीआई के अनुसार जोड़ा।
