उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि शुक्रवार को कोविड-19 कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमित एक व्यक्ति की मृत्यु दर्ज की गई है। भरतपुरी काठ मंडी निवासी 75 वर्षीय रामकरण मित्तल कोरोना वायरस से पीडि़त थे, इनकी मृत्यु के बाद कोरोना मृतकों संख्या 41 हो गई है। जबकि 49 नये पोजिटिव केस आने के बाद आंकड़ा 3721 हो गया है।
उपायुक्त पूनिया ने बताया कि कोरोना वायरस के पोजिटिव मामले जिला के शहरी व ग्रामीण दोनों क्षेत्रों में पाये गये हैं। शहरी क्षेत्र के तहत सेक्टर-12 में तीन, सिक्का कालोनी में दो, पटेल नगर में एक, राजीव नगर में एक, गोपाल नगर में दो, जनता कालोनी में एक, ओमेक्स सिटी में एक, विकास नगर में एक, सेक्टर-25 में एक, गांधी नगर में चार, जैन बाग में एक, आर्य नगर में एक, सेक्टर-14 में दो, काठमण्डी में एक, सेक्टर-23 में एक, सुखदेव नगर में एक, सेक्टर-15 में एक तथा प्रगति नगर में एक कोरोना पोजिटिव मरीज मिला है।
