अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय गीता महोत्सव-2020 को यादगार बनाने के लिए इस वर्ष बाहरी बड़ी एजेंसियों का सहारा नहीं लिया गया। इस महोत्सव के ही लम्हे को यादगार बनाने के लिए प्रशासन, कुरुक्षेत्र विकास बोर्ड, नेशनल इंस्टीच्यूट ऑफ डिजाईन(एनआईडी) व कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यलाय के अधिकारी व कर्मचारी अपनी टीम बनाकर दिन-रात कार्य कर रहे है।

अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय गीता महोत्सव-2020 को यादगार बनाने के लिए इस वर्ष बाहरी बड़ी एजेंसियों का सहारा नहीं लिया गया। इस महोत्सव के ही लम्हे को यादगार बनाने के लिए प्रशासन, कुरुक्षेत्र विकास बोर्ड, नेशनल इंस्टीच्यूट ऑफ डिजाईन(NID) व कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यलाय के अधिकारी व कर्मचारी अपनी टीम बनाकर दिन-रात कार्य कर रहे है। अहम पहलू यह है कि कोरोना के कारण इस वर्ष महोत्सव को का आयोजन करने के लिए वर्चुअल और आनलाईन प्रणाली पर ही पूरा फोकस रखा गया है।
अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय गीता महोत्सव-2020 का आयोजन 17 दिसम्बर से 25 दिसम्बर तक कोरोना के कारण कुछ सीमित कार्यक्रमों के साथ किया जा रहा है। इस महोत्सव में गीता यज्ञ, महाआरती, गीता पाठ, अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय गीता महोत्सव-2020 सैमिनार, वैश्विक गीता पाठ, संत सम्मेलन, दीपोत्सव कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाना है। इन कार्यक्रमों के आयोजन को लेकर प्रशासन ने आनलाईन प्रणाली और वर्चुअल पर फोकस रखा। खास बात यह है कि अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय गीता महोत्सव-2020 से जुड़ी तमाम वेबसाईट और कार्यक्रमों का लाईव टेलिकास्ट करने के लिए इन हाउस टीमों का गठन किया गया और किसी बड़ी बाहरी एजेंसी का सहारा नहीं लिया गया ताकि महोत्सव के आयोजन पर कम बजट में कुछ नया और अच्छा किया जा सके। इस महोत्सव में उपायुक्त शरणदीप कौर बराड़ के प्रयासों से कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्वालय पत्रकारिता विभाग के विद्यार्थियों को महोत्सव की सोशल साईटस अपडेट करने और कुछ स्पेशल करने की जिम्मेवारी सौंपी गई।

महोत्सव की सोशल मीडिया टीम का संचालन अंडर ट्रेनिंग आईएएस अधिकारी वैशाली सिंह और सीएमजीजीए आशिमा टक्कर द्वारा किया जा रहा है। इस टीम ने महोत्सव में पहली बार 48 कोस कुरुक्षेत्र की सांस्कृतिक यात्रा को लेकर काम किया। इस सांस्कृतिक यात्रा के जरिए 48 कोस के 134 तीर्थों का इतिहास वीडियो क्लीप्स के जरिए दिखाने का अनूठा प्रयास किया। इसके साथ ही कुरुक्षेत्र के पौराणिक किस्से-कहानियां, गीता में मेरे लिए क्या और गीता जीवन दर्शन के प्रयासों को अमलीजामा पहनाने का काम किया गया। यह प्रयास सार्थक सिद्घ हुए और इन कार्यक्रमों को जानने तथा महोत्सव से रोजाना 13 हजार लोग जुड़ रहे है। इसके साथ ही इन हाउस अधिकारियों और सामाजिक संस्थाओं की टीमें मिलकर काम कर रही है ताकि कुरुक्षेत्र के इस महोत्सव को देश और दुनिया तक सहजता से पहुंचाया जा सके।
उपायुक्त शरणदीप कौर बराड़ ने कहा कि अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय गीता महोत्सव-2020 का आयोजन 17 से 25 दिसम्बर तक किया जा रहा है। इस महोत्सव के सभी कार्यक्रमों को सफल बनाने के लिए इस वर्ष इन हाउस टीमों का गठन किया गया। इसमें सभी आपसी सहयोग कर रहे है। सभी के सहयोग से इन कार्यक्रमों को सफल बनाया जाएगा। प्रशासन का प्रयास है कि कम से कम बजट में अच्छे से अच्छे कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाए। इस बार प्रशासन का मुख्य फोकस वर्चुअल और आनलाईन प्रणाली पर रहा है ताकि कोविड-19 की गाईडलाईंस की पालना की जा सके। इस महोत्सव की तैयारियां लगभग पूरी कर ली गई है।
उपायुक्त ने महोत्सव की तैयारियों का जायजा
उपायुक्त शरणदीप कौर बराड़ ने गत्त देर रात्रि ब्रहमसरोवर पुरुषोतमपुरा बाग मे महाआरती कार्यक्रम स्थल पर चल रही तैयारियों का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने से 17 से 25 दिसम्बर तक रोजाना महोत्सव के दौरान होने वाली गीता महाआरती की तैयारियों को लेकर कुुछ आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए और कहा कि तैयारियों में किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं रहनी चाहिए और सभी तैयारियां समय रहते पूरी करे। इसके बाद उपायुक्त ब्रहमसरोवर की परिक्रमा के दौरान लाईटिंग और अन्य तैयारियों के बारे में भी कुछ आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। इस मौके पर एसडीएम अखिल पिलानी, सीईओ केडीबी अनुभव मेहता, अंडर टे्रनिंग आईएएस वैशाली सिंह, केडीबी के पूर्व सदस्य सौरव चौधरी, एनआईसी अधिकारी विनोद सिंगला सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
