NEET PG Counselling Date : 12 जनवरी से शुरू होगी नीट पीजी की काउंसिलिंग, स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने किया ऐलान
एनईईटी-पीजी 2021 और एनईईटी-यूजी 2021 के आधार पर काउंसलिंग 29 जुलाई, 2021 के नोटिस के अनुसार आरक्षण को प्रभावी करते हुए आयोजित की जाएगी, जिसमें ओबीसी (अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग) श्रेणी के लिए 27 प्रतिशत आरक्षण शामिल है।
नई दिल्ली: NEET-PG प्रवेश के लिए छात्रों की काउंसलिंग में भारी देरी के बाद, केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मनसुख मंडाविया ने कहा कि प्रक्रिया 12 जनवरी, 2022 से शुरू होगी। यह घोषणा सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा वर्ष 2021-22 के लिए एनईईटी-पीजी प्रवेश के लिए मेडिकल काउंसलिंग को फिर से शुरू करने और 27 प्रतिशत ओबीसी कोटा की वैधता को बरकरार रखने के बाद हुई है।
काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया शुरू होने से स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों में दाखिले का इंतजार कर रहे कई डॉक्टरों को राहत मिलेगी। आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (ईडब्ल्यूएस) के निर्धारण के लिए 8 लाख रुपये वार्षिक आय मानदंड की प्रयोज्यता पर मामले की लगातार दो दिनों तक सुनवाई करने वाली जस्टिस डी वाई चंद्रचूड़ और एएस बोपन्ना की पीठ ने शुक्रवार को एक अंतरिम आदेश पारित करते हुए कहा, “वहां परामर्श की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने की तत्काल आवश्यकता है”।
“एनईईटी-पीजी 2021 और एनईईटी-यूजी 2021 के आधार पर काउंसलिंग 29 जुलाई, 2021 के नोटिस के अनुसार आरक्षण को प्रभावी करते हुए आयोजित की जाएगी, जिसमें ओबीसी (अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग) श्रेणी के लिए 27 प्रतिशत आरक्षण शामिल है। और एआईक्यू (अखिल भारतीय कोटा) सीटों में ईडब्ल्यूएस श्रेणी के लिए 10 प्रतिशत आरक्षण, “पीटीआई की एक रिपोर्ट में उल्लेखित पीठ ने कहा।
शीर्ष अदालत ने 29 जुलाई, 2021 को केंद्र और चिकित्सा परामर्श समिति (एमसीसी) के नोटिस को चुनौती देने वाली डॉक्टरों द्वारा दायर याचिकाओं के एक बैच पर अंतरिम आदेश पारित किया, जिसमें ओबीसी के लिए 27 प्रतिशत और ईडब्ल्यूएस के लिए 10 प्रतिशत आरक्षण प्रदान किया गया था। शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2021-22 के लिए चिकित्सा पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए पात्रता सह प्रवेश परीक्षा (एनईईटी-पीजी) प्रवेश।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला और मनसुख मंडाविया की घोषणा फेडरेशन ऑफ रेजिडेंट डॉक्टर्स एसोसिएशन (FORDA) के लिए राहत की बात है, जिसने हाल ही में NEET-PG काउंसलिंग शुरू करने में देरी पर विरोध किया था। इसने यह कहते हुए शीर्ष अदालत का भी रुख किया है कि प्रवेश प्रक्रिया शुरू करने की तत्काल आवश्यकता है।

फोर्डा ने कहा था कि दूसरे और तीसरे वर्ष के पीजी डॉक्टर मरीजों को संभाल रहे हैं और कोविड महामारी के कारण काम के बोझ का सामना कर रहे हैं। सरकार द्वारा उसकी मांगों पर विचार करने का आश्वासन दिए जाने के बाद उसने 31 दिसंबर को अपनी हड़ताल वापस ले ली थी।
