NEET, JEE Exam पर विपक्ष की सरकारों वाले 6 पहुंचे सुप्रीम कोर्ट ,लगाई फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करने की अपील

आज पूरे देश भर में NEET और JEE की एंट्रेंस एग्जाम को लेकर बवाल मचा हुआ है। देश इन परीक्षाओं को लेकर दो भागों में बट गया है। एक पक्ष आता है कि यह परीक्षा है सीमा पर वह जाएं और दूसरा हिस्सा यह चाहता है। यह परीक्षाएं चल जाए राजनीति के विपक्षी दल इन परीक्षाओं को डालने के लिए लगातार केंद्र सरकार के ऊपर दबाव बना रहे हैं ,लेकिन इस फेहरिस्त में राजनीतिक विपक्षी दलों के द्वारा 6 राज्य सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पास पहुंच गए हैं। इन सभी दलों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से अपील की है कि वह अपने फैसले पर एक बार दोबारा से विचार करे।
लेकिन हुआ क्या सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने NEET मेडिकल एंट्रेंस एग्जाम और आईआईटी में प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए JEE की परीक्षा ऊपर रोक लगा ने से मना कर दिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करने के लिए 6 राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है। जिसमें पश्चिम बंगाल, राजस्थान, छत्तीसगढ़ ,झारखंड ,महाराष्ट्र सरकार और पंजाब सरकार शामिल है। इस मामले में हर राज्य का एक मंत्री इस पूरे प्रकरण को संभालेगा और इसकी पैरवी भी करेगा।

आपको बता दें कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जेईई और NEET के विद्यार्थियों की सुरक्षा को लेकर उन्हें सुरक्षित करवाना और छात्रों के जीने के अधिकार को भी हमें बचाना बहुत ही जरूरी है। इन परीक्षाओं को कराने में तमाम तरह की लॉजिस्टिकल कठिनाइयों को ध्यान में नहीं रखा गया है। इन परीक्षाओं को कराने में और छात्रों की सुरक्षा के बीच एक तालमेल होना बहुत जरूरी है ,लेकिन यह तालमेल नहीं बनाया गया है। इन परीक्षाओं को करवाने के लिए बचाव के उपाय बहुत जरूरी है।
इसमें आगे कहा गया है कि यह परीक्षाएं एक ऐसे समय में करवाई जा रही हैं। जब देश में प्रतिदिन 70 से 75 हजार करोना के केस मिल रहे हैं और हजार से ज्यादा लोगों की रोजाना कोरोना की वजह से जान जा रही है। अब तक भारत में 60000 से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। आपको बता दें कि अप्रैल के महीने में इन परीक्षाओं को स्थागित कर दिया गया था। लेकिन अप्रैल से अगस्त तक करुणा के लगातार मामले बढ़ते जा रहे हैं। आज देश में 33 लाख का आंकड़ा पार हो चुका है ,तो इसमें देखने वाली बात यह है कि क्या हम इन लाखों छात्रों की सेहत के साथ इनकी जिंदगी के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं। यह सरकारें अपनी राजनीतिक बिसात बचाने के लिए इनका इस्तेमाल कर रही है ,जबकि आप देख रहे हैं कि आज करोना की चपेट में देश का बड़ा तबका आ चुका है। आपको बता दें कि एनआईटी की परीक्षाएं 13 सितंबर को सरकार के द्वारा कराई जा रही है और जेई की परीक्षाएं 1 से 6 सितंबर के बीच कराई जाएंगी।
