इसी दौरान ज्ञान ज्योति दर्पण के संपादक नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना जी भाई साहब के साथ मेरा संपर्क हुआ। यूं तो संपर्क बहुत सालों से था, लेकिन जब वो हमारी इंडस्ट्री में एक बार आए और बातचीत की तो उन्होंने हमारे जीवन के सफरनामे को सुना और इसके ऊपर उन्होंने कुछ आर्टिकल लिखें। हमें भी कहा कि आप अपने अनुभव हमारे साथ में सांझा करें तब ध्यान बना कि क्यों नहीं इस जिंदगी के अंदर जो हमें प्राप्त हुआ है। वह लोगों को बांट दिया जाए। तो मैं आज उन नौजवान साथियों के लिए अपने जीवन के अनुभव सांझा कर रहा हूं, जो कामयाबी चाहते हैं, जो सफलता की पायदान पर कदम रखने के चाहवान हैं।

तुम मुझे ध्यान आया कि जो आप पेड़ के ऊपर लगे हुए फल देखते हैं, जो फूल खिले हुए देखते हैं। कभी आपने सोचा है कि उसके पीछे एक टहनी है, एक तना है, और जड़ है । वह जड़ जो तने को रूप सुंदर देती हैं लेकिन वह कुरूप है इसके ऊपर आपको मीठे फल और खुशबूदार फूल मिल रहे हैं।

यह रही मेरे संघर्ष की कहानी
हमारा परिवार अपने छोटे से निजी घर में रहने लग गया था । यह स्थान आजाद मार्कीट नबाब गंज मोहल्ला दिल्ली में कहलाता था । हमारे परिवार में सन् 1979 को अत्यन्त हर्ष का माहौल जब बना, जब हमारे पूज्य पिता श्री बम्बई (मुम्बई) से ट्रांसफर होकर दिल्ली अपने परिवार में आ गये–हम सभी को बहुत बडा सहारा मिला। पिता जी का कार्य क्षैत्र रेलवे बडौदा हाऊस नई दिल्ली था। हमे याद है पिता श्री जी कैलकुलेटर के बिना हिसाब कर लेते थे और अंग्रेजी की लिखावट बहुत साफ और तेज थी।
हमें एक नई खुशी मिली जनवरी सन् 1980 में जब बडे पुत्र रत्न ” संदीप ” का जन्म हुआ। खर्च का पुरा ध्यान रखा गया हमारा कार्य अभी अभी शुरू हुआ था। आगे चल कर खुशी और भी बडी हो गई। जब सितम्बर सन् 1981 मे दूसरे पुत्र रत्न “मनीष” का जन्म हुआ। हम सभी ने हषौउल्लास से परिवार में स्वागत किया ।
यह सभी खुशियों का आना हमारे पूज्य पिता श्री जी माता श्री के आशीर्वाद का ही फल था। पिता श्री जी सदैव यही कहते थे कि हम ऐसा कार्य करे जिससे 20–25 कर्मचारियों लालन पालन कर सकें ।

आदरणीय प्रबुद्धजनों यहाँ से मेने अपनी जीवन की शैली को सुबह 8:00 से रात्री 12:00 तक सभी परिवार जनों के सहयोग से बच्चो पर मेरी अर्धांगिनी बिमला जैन ने ध्यान दिया। हमने जो भी प्लास्टिक बनाते उसे सदर बाजार में बेच कर कोशिश करते पैमेन्ट जल्दी मिल जाए।
JAIN PRODUCTS ब्रांड
क्योंकि नये व्यवसाय में रुपयों की हमेशा कमी रहती थी। पहले की गई नौकरी का अनुभव काम आया हमारा माल फ्रैस क्वालिटी, सुन्दर पैकिंग होने के कारण माल की हमेशा मागं रहती हमारे माल का “JAIN PRODUCTS” ब्रांड के नाम से बाजार मे माल उतार कर — कार्य भी तीव्र गति से बढ़ाता चला गया । सन् 1982 मे किराया के मकान लेकर उसमे मैने नई प्लास्टिक हैन्ड मोलडिग लगाई।जहा पर लगभग 10 कर्मचारीयों के साथ कार्य को गति मिलती गई ।
सन् 1984 हमारे पूज्य पिता श्री जी का सेवानिवृत्त होने पर हम सभी उनके साथियों को फेरविल पार्टी दी, सभी ने हमारे कार्य करने की शैली व कार्य की क्षमता को देखकर पिता श्री जी से कहाँ की जैन साहब जी आपको सेवानिवृत्ति तो पहले ही ले लेना चाहिए था। यह सुनकर हम सभी बहुत बडे ख़ुश हुऐ थे। पिता श्री जी के सेवानिवृत के पैसो हमने अपने कार्य मे लगा कर एक नऐ फर्म के नाम से “ M/S JAIN PLASTIC WORKS “ और SALES TAX नंबर लेकर “JAIN PRODUCT’S ” ब्रांड को आगे रख कार्य को प्रगति दी।
