काठ मंडी एसोसिएशन: सात दिन में सड़क निमार्ण 40 लाख रुपये से पूरा होगा
मिशन चौक से कालूपुर तक सड़क का निर्माण कार्य शुरू होने से रोहतक रोड के दुकानदारों ने मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन का आभार व्यक्त किया और फूल माला पहनाकर स्वागत किया। सड़क निर्माण पर नगर निगम द्वारा एक करोड़ 40 लाख रुपये की राशि खर्च की जाएगी और एक सप्ताह में काम पूरा हो जायेगा।

मंगलवार को काठ मंडी एसोसिएशन के महासचिव चंद्र लूथरा की दुकान पर व्यापारियों ने राजीव जैन का स्वागत करने के बाद कहा कि लगभग डेढ़ वर्ष से सड़क बदहाल स्थिति में थी और कालूपुर से लेकर सिटी थाने तक तो पता नहीं चलता था कि सड़क में गड्ढे हैं या गड्ढों में सड़क है। कार्यक्रम में विशेष रूप से भाजपा के पूर्व जिलाध्यक्ष डॉक्टर ओम प्रकाश अत्रे, पंजाबी सभा के प्रधान मोहन टुटेजा, पार्षद अतुल जैन, विधानसभा प्रभारी नवीन मंगला उपस्थित थे।
राजीव जैन ने कहा कि उन्होंने गोहाना रोड, ककरोई रोड और इस सड़क की मरम्मत करवाने का बीड़ा उठाया था और नाबाई, एनएचएआई तथा निगम से लगभग 6 करोड रुपए के टेंडर जारी करवाये। सड़क की रखरखाव का जिम्मा लोक निर्माण विभाग के पास है परंतु लोक निर्माण विभाग से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र लेकर नगर निगम के माध्यम से पुर्न निर्माण शुरू करवाया। ककरोई रोड की मरम्मत हो चुकी है और गोहाना रोड पर बड़वासनी मोड से लेकर ट्रक यूनियन तक काम चल रहा है।
आईटीआई चौक से ड्रेन नंबर 6 तक की सड़क की मरम्मत जल्द ही करवाई जायेगी। दुकानदार पवन जैन, हुकम सिंह जोगी, प्रवीण,अरुण मित्तल, नीरज अत्रे, प्रयाग मित्तल, आनंद जैन, राजेंद्र बंसल, जवाहर, विजय कुमार,बबलू कुमार, अरुण जैन,नरेश कुमार, सीमा गोयल, मनोज जैन, देवेंद्र कुमार ने भाजपा नेता का फूल माला पहनाकर धन्यवाद किया।
