पीएसआई अंजलि के नेतृत्व में हरियाणा पुलिस की महिला टुकड़ी चली, पीएसआई मनीष के नेतृत्व में हरियाणा पुलिस के जवानों की टुकड़ी ने मार्च पास्ट किया। एनसीसी लड़के लड़कियों की सीनियर व जूनियर विंग ने मार्च पास्ट किया। हिंदुस्तान स्काऊट, भारत गाइड तथा जूनियर रैडक्रॉस टुकड़ी चली। नन्हें कलाकारों ने देशभक्ति व सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों प्रस्तुत किये। मेरा रंग दे बंसती चोला। राजस्थानी नृत्य की बेहतरीन प्रस्तुति दी- घूमर घूमर घूमर घूमे रे। अकबरपुर बारोटा की छात्राओं ने पंजाबी-हरियाणा की मिश्रित प्रस्तुति दी- देशा म्हैं देश है भारत, भारत म्हैं हरियाणा। बड़वासनी की छात्राओं ने हरियाणवी समूहगान प्रस्तुत किया हरी-भर सै धरती म्हारा सीधा-साधा बाणा, सब देशा म्हैं आगै सै यो म्हारा देश हरियाणा। एसडीएम शशि वसुंधरा, नगराधीश जितेंद्र जोशी, डीएसपी विपिन कादयान, डीईओ प्रोमिला, डीईईओ बिजेंद्र सिंह, डीआईपीआरओ सुरेश सरोहा, सुभाष सिसोदिया, शशि मेहता, प्रियंका आदि शामिल रहे।
