मुख्यमंत्री बाल सेवा योजना: कोरोना महामारी में अनाथ हुए बच्चों के लिए शुरू की मुख्यमंत्री बाल सेवा योजना : यशपाल
कोरोना महामारी के कारण अपने माता-पिता को खोने वाले बच्चों को सुरक्षित भविष्य देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री बाल सेवा योजना के तहत पालन-पोषण और पढ़ाई के लिए आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। कोरोना महामारी के कारण अपने माता-पिता को खोने वाले बच्चों को सुरक्षित भविष्य देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री बाल सेवा योजना के तहत पालन-पोषण और पढ़ाई के लिए आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।
हर माह आर्थिक सहायता देगी हरियाणा सरकार
उपायुक्त यशपाल ने यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया है कि इस योजना से कोरोना के कारण अनाथ हुए बच्चों के हितों की रक्षा होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री बाल सेवा योजना का उद्देश्य 18 वर्ष से कम उम्र का बालक, जो कोविड महामारी के कारण अपने माता या पिता अथवा माता-पिता दोनों या कानूनी अभिभावकों को खो चुका है, उसकी सहायता करना है। इस घोषणा के अनुसार माता-पिता की मृत्यु के बाद बच्चों की देखभाल कर रहे परिवार के अन्य सदस्यो को उनके पालन पोषण के लिए 18 वर्ष तक 2500 रुपये प्रति माह दिए जाएंगे। इतना ही नहीं 18 वर्ष तक की आयु होने तक, जब तक बच्चा पढ़ाई करेगा, तब तक 12 हजार रुपए प्रति वर्ष अन्य खर्चों के लिए भी दिए जाएंगे।
संस्थागत देखभाल के लिए भी बच्चों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी
उन्होंने कहा कि संस्थागत देखभाल के लिए भी बच्चों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। जिन बच्चों की देखभाल करने के लिए परिवार का कोई सदस्य नहीं है, उनकी परवरिश बाल संरक्षण संस्थान करेंगे। ऐसे बच्चों के लिए बाल संरक्षण संस्थान को आर्थिक सहायता के रूप में 1500 रुपए प्रति माह दिए जाएंगे। यह राशि आवर्ती जमा के रूप में बैंक खाते में डाल दी जाएगी और 21 वर्ष की आयु होने पर बच्चे को मैच्योरिटी राशि दे दी जाएगी। अन्य पूरा खर्चा बाल देखभाल संस्थान द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा।
संस्थागत देखभाल और शिक्षा के लिए भी उठाए आवश्यक कदम
उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा किशोरियों के लिए संस्थागत देखभाल और शिक्षा के लिए भी आवश्यक कदम उठाए है। जिन लड़कियों ने किशोरावस्था में अपने माता-पिता को खोया है, उन्हें कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय में आवासीय शिक्षा मुफ्त दी जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री विवाह शगुन योजना के तहत 51 हजार रुपए भी इन बालिकाओं के बैंक खाते में डाल दिए जाएंगे और विवाह के समय उन्हें ब्याज सहित पूरी राशि दी जाएगी। इसके साथ-साथ सरकार द्वारा कक्षा 8वीं से 12वीं व व्यवसायिक पाठ्यक्रम में पढऩे वाले बच्चों को शिक्षा में सहायता के लिए एक-एक टैबलेट प्रदान किया जाएगा।
