किसानों और व्यापारियों को नहीं चिंता करने की जरूरत, खरीद एजेंसियों ने खरीदा 17515 एमटी धान, मंडियों में खरीद, लिफ्टिंग और वाहनों की नहीं आने दी जाएगी परेशानी, एसडीएम खुद अपनी निगरानी में करेंगे कार्य, खरीद कार्य की व्यवस्था बनाएं रखने के लिए जिला स्तर और उपमंडल स्तर पर कमेटी रखेगी निगरानी.

उपायुक्त शरणदीप कौर बराड़ ने कहा कि कुरुक्षेत्र की सभी मंडियों और खरीद केन्द्रों से धान की खरीद, उठान और यातायात की पूरी व्यवस्था और प्रबंध कर दिए गए है। इन प्रबंधों के बीच किसानों की धान का एक-एक दाना समय पर खरीदना सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। इस जिले में धान के खरीद कार्य को सुचारू बनाने के लिए जिला स्तर और उपमंडल स्तर पर कमेटियों का गठन किया गया है और एसडीएम खुद खरीद कार्य पर निगरानी रखेंगे।
उपायुक्त शरणदीप कौर बराड़ शुक्रवार को लघु सचिवालय के सभागार में अधिकारियों और ट्रांसपोर्ट व्यवस्था से सम्बन्धित लोगों की एक बैठक को सम्बोधित कर रही थी। इससे पहले उपायुक्त शरणदीप कौर बराड़ ने सभी उपमंडल अधिकारियों से अपने-अपने क्षेत्र के खरीद केन्द्र व मंडियों में धान की खरीद कार्य की प्रगति रिपोर्ट के साथ-साथ उठान कार्य, ट्रांसपोर्ट सहित अन्य व्यवस्थाओं की फीडबैक रिपोर्ट हासिल की है। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि धान के चल रहे सीजन में किसानों, व्यापारियों की एक-एक समस्या और परेशानियों को प्रशासन गंभीरता के साथ संज्ञान में ले रहा है। सभी लोगों की समस्याओं का प्रशासन तत्परता के साथ समाधान कर रहा है और निरंतर करता रहेगा।
धान की खरीद का कार्य पूरा
उन्होंने कहा कि 2 अक्तूबर तक दोपहर 12 बजे तक हैफेड और जिला खादय आपूर्ति विभाग द्वारा कुल 17515 मीट्रिक टन धान की खरीद का कार्य पूरा कर लिया है। इसमें से फूड सप्लाई ने 9621 और हैफेड ने 7894 एमटी धान खरीदा है। उन्होंने कहा कि बाबैन मंडी से 3785 एमटी, गुमथला गढु से 580 एमटी, कुरुक्षेत्र मंडी से 827 एमटी, लाडवा मंडी से 6425 एमटी, पिपली मंडी से 803 एमटी, पिहोवा मंडी से 3393 एमटी, शाहबाद मंडी से 1702 एमटी धान की खरीद की है। खरीद एजेंसियों को लिफ्टिंग का कार्य भी तेजी के साथ करने के आदेश दिए है। इन दोनों एजेंसियों ने अब तक 1189 एमटी धान की लिफ्टिंग का कार्य भी किया है,जिसमें फूड सप्लाई ने 544 एमटी और हैफेड ने 645 एमटी की लिफ्टिंग की है।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि किसी भी खरीद केन्द्र और मंडी में धान की खरीद का कार्य रूकना नहीं चाहिए। सभी एसडीएम अपने-अपने क्षेत्र की मंडियों और खरीद केन्द्रों पर नजर रखेंगे ताकि किसी भी किसान, व्यापारी को खरीद कार्य में परेशानी का सामना ना करना पडे। इसके साथ ही एसडीएम धान की लिफ्टिंग पर भी नजर रखेंगे। किसी भी कीमत पर वाहनों से सम्बन्धित समस्या ना आएं, इसके लिए जिन लोगों को ट्रांसपोर्ट का ठेका दिया है वह तेजी के साथ उठान कार्य करेंगे। अगर किसी भी एसडीएम ने ठेकेदार के खिलाफ ट्रांसपोर्ट से सम्बन्धित शिकायत दर्ज करवाई तो सम्बन्धित ठेकेदार को ब्लैक लिस्ट भी किया जा सकता है।
सभी मंडियों में ट्रांसपोर्टेशन कल्ब बनाएं जाने चाहिए
एडीसी ने वीना ने कहा कि सभी मंडियों में ट्रांसपोर्टेशन कल्ब बनाएं जाने चाहिए और खरीद और ट्रांसपोर्टेशन सहित अन्य स्थलों पर वीडियों कैमरा की भी व्यवस्था करवाई जाए। इसके साथ ही धान के उठान के कार्य करने वाले वाहनों के आने व जाने का रिकार्ड दर्ज करने के लिए एक रजिस्टर भी रखा जाए ताकि उठान का कार्य सुचारू रूप से चल सके। इस मौके पर एसडीएम अखिल पिलानी, एसडीएम डा. किरण सिंह, एसडीएम सोनू राम, एसडीएम अनिल यादव, डीएफएससी कुशल भौरा सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
