फरीदाबाद: मूक-बधिर बच्चों का हुनर देख चकित हो रहे पर्यटक
हरियाणा वेलफेयर सोसायटी फॉर पर्सन विद स्पीच एंड हियरिंग इंपेयरमेंट की तरफ से इस मेले में स्टाल नंबर 903 पर मूक बधिर बच्चों द्वारा बनाए गए उत्पाद प्रदर्शित किए गए हैं। इन बच्चों द्वारा तैयार किए गए सूट, दुपट्टे, बेडशीट, कुर्ता, मास्क बैग तथा थालपोस आदि बेहद आकर्षक हैं।

सूरजकुंड/फरीदाबाद/जीजेडी न्यूज: कहते हैं प्रत्येक दिव्यांगजन को भगवान ने कोई ना कोई एक हुनर से नवाजा होता है और वही गुण उसे विशेष बनाता है। ऐसा ही हुनर है श्रवण तथा वाणी निशक्तजन कल्याण केंद्र के बच्चों में है। ये मूक बधिर बच्चे भले ही सुनने व बोलने की क्षमता नहीं रखते लेकिन इनके द्वारा कपड़ों से बनाए गए उत्पाद तथा उन पर की गई गजब की कढाई इनके हुनर की गवाही दे रही है। हम बात कर रहे हैं सूरजकुंड अंतरराष्ट्रीय हस्तशिल्प मेला में श्रवण तथा वाणी निशक्तजन कल्याण केंद्र की ओर से लगाए गए स्टाल की।

इस स्टॉल पर बैठी मूक बधिर कोमल जब भी कोई खरीददार उसके स्टाल पर आता है तो वह इशारों में ही खुश होकर अपने उत्पाद की खासियत बताने की कोशिश करती है। इसके साथ ही केंद्र की छात्रा तमन्ना भी लोगों को उत्पाद की खासियत बताने में मशगूल रहती है।
हरियाणा सरकार की ओर से हरियाणा वेलफेयर सोसायटी फॉर पर्सन विद स्पीच एंड हियरिंग इंपेयरमेंट प्रदेश में इस तरह के आठ श्रवण तथा वाणी निशक्तजन कल्याण केंद्र चलाएं जा रहे हैं। इन सभी केंद्रों पर इन मूक-बधिर बच्चों को स्वावलंबी बनाने के लिए विभिन्न कोर्स चलाए जा रहे हैं।
स्किल कंसल्टेंट फॉर टैक्सटाइल्स एंड डिजाइनिंग सुप्रिया अरोड़ा तंवर ने बताया कि श्रवण तथा वाणी निशक्तजन कल्याण केंद्र ऐसे बच्चों को शुरू से ही शिक्षा के साथ-साथ स्किल डेवलपमेंट करने का काम करता है। हरियाणा में गुरुग्राम, हिसार, सिरसा, करनाल, नूंह, सोनीपत तथा पंचकूला में केंद्र चलाए जा रहे हैं। इसके अलावा पंचकूला मुख्यालय पर अलग से एक केंद्र चलाया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने बताया कि सोसायटी की स्टेट चेयरमैन शरणजीत कौर की अगवानी ने केंद्र के बच्चों ने कई राष्ट्रीय अवार्ड प्राप्त किए हैं। केंद्र की ओर से अर्ली इंटरवेंशन सेंटर, डिजीटल साइन लैब भी चलाई जा रही है। केंद्र के बच्चों द्वारा बनाई गई वस्तुओं की प्रदर्शनी इन बच्चों के उत्साहवर्धन का काम कर रही है। समिति का प्रयास है कि ये बच्चे किसी की दया पर निर्भर ना रहें बल्कि खुद इतने सक्षम बनें कि वे दूसरों को भी रोजगार दे सकें।
राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 की तर्ज पर दिया जाता है कौशल प्रशिक्षण
हरियाणा वेलफेयर सोसायटी फॉर पर्सन विद स्पीच एंड हियरिंग इंपेयरमेंट राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी) 2020 की तर्ज पर ऐसे छात्रों को कौशल प्रशिक्षण के साथ सशक्त बनाने के लिए है। मूक-बधिर छात्रों के शौक और कौशल रुचि क्षेत्रों की पहचान की जाती है और उन्हें ऐसे उत्पाद बनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है जो गुणवत्ता और सौंदर्यशास्त्र में उच्च होते हैं।
सोसायटी 2018 से सूरजकुंड मेले में भाग ले रही है और उनके उत्पादों की व्यापक रूप से सराहना की जाती है। हरियाणा के राज्यपाल संगठन के अध्यक्ष हैं और मुख्यमंत्री उपाध्यक्ष होते हैं। उन्होंने हमेशा संगठन की अपनी यात्रा के दौरान बधिर हुनर उत्पादों की सराहना की है।
