नई दिल्ली जीजेडी न्यूज ब्यूरो: पहलवान बबीता फोगट के खिलाफ एक रैली आयोजित करने और भारत के चुनाव आयोग (ईसीआई) द्वारा जारी किए गए कोविड -19 मानदंडों का उल्लंघन करने के लिए प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई थी। फोगट सोमवार को बागपत में बड़ौत विधानसभा में भाजपा उम्मीदवार कृष्णपाल एस मलिक के लिए प्रचार कर रहे थे। प्राथमिकी में 63 अन्य का भी उल्लेख किया गया था।
ईसीआई ने देश में कोविड-19 की स्थिति को देखते हुए शनिवार को शारीरिक रैलियों पर प्रतिबंध 31 जनवरी तक के लिए बढ़ा दिया था। शनिवार, 22 जनवरी को जारी एक प्रेस नोट में, चुनाव आयोग ने कहा था, “31 जनवरी, 2022 तक कोई रोड शो, पद-यात्रा, साइकिल/बाइक/वाहन रैली और जुलूस की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
हालांकि, चरण 1 और 2 के उम्मीदवारों पर निर्णय लेने के लिए राजनीतिक दलों की जनसभाओं को 28 जनवरी के बाद कुछ प्रतिबंधों के साथ अनुमति दी जाती है। साथ ही घर-घर जाकर प्रचार करने वालों की संख्या भी पांच से बढ़ाकर दस कर दी गई। इसके अलावा, प्रचार के लिए वीडियो वैन को भी कुछ प्रतिबंधों के साथ, कोविड -19 उपयुक्त व्यवहार को ध्यान में रखते हुए अनुमति दी गई है।
उत्तर प्रदेश में सात चरणों में मतदान 10 फरवरी से शुरू होगा। दूसरे चरण में 14 फरवरी, तीसरे चरण में 20 फरवरी, चौथे चरण में 23 फरवरी, पांचवें चरण में 27 फरवरी को मतदान होगा। छठे चरण में मतदान होगा। सातवें और अंतिम चरण का मतदान 7 मार्च को होगा और विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजे 10 मार्च को घोषित किए जाएंगे।
विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले दो चरणों के लिए सभी प्रमुख दलों ने अपने उम्मीदवारों की सूची और स्टार प्रचारकों की सूची पहले ही जारी कर दी है।
