बागवानी विकास मिशन स्कीम घोटाला: बागवानी विकास मिशन की स्कीम में गबन करने वाला डीएचओ गिरफ्तार
बागवानी विभाग में एकीकृत बागवानी विकास मिशन स्कीम के तहत मल्चिंग पेपर लगाने को लेकर 38.97 लाख रुपये का घोटाला करने के मामले में आरोपी तत्कालीन जिला बागवानी अधिकारी गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। गिरफ्तार आरोपी कुरुक्षेत्र के गांव थाना का रहना अंशुल आंनद को पुलिस ने अदालत में पेश कर चार दिन के रिमांड पर लिया है।

बागवानी विभाग में एकीकृत बागवानी विकास मिशन स्कीम के तहत मल्चिंग पेपर लगाने को लेकर 38.97 लाख रुपये का घोटाला करने के मामले में आरोपी तत्कालीन जिला बागवानी अधिकारी गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। गिरफ्तार आरोपी कुरुक्षेत्र के गांव थाना का रहना अंशुल आंनद को पुलिस ने अदालत में पेश कर चार दिन के रिमांड पर लिया है।
कृषि मंत्री जेपी दलाल ने इस मामले का संज्ञान लेकर तत्कालीन डीएचओ अंशुल आनंद को निलंबित कर दिया था। अंशुल आनंद व जींद की कंपनी मै. पॉजीहब एग्रो इंटरनेशनल के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। कई किसानों ने आधुनिक खेती करने के लिए एमआईडीएच स्कीम के तहत खेत में मल्चिंग पेपर लगवाने के लिए मार्च 2020 में आवेदन किया था। बागवानी विभाग के पास 1366 हेक्टेयर जमीन में मल्चिंग पेपर लगवाने के लिए किसानों के आवेदन आए थे। इसी दौरान लॉकडाउन लग गया और मल्चिंग पेपर नहीं लगाया गया था। किसानों ने बागवानी विभाग के कार्यालय में मल्चिंग पेपर लगवाने के लिए सरकार से मिलने वाली 16 हजार रुपये प्रति हेक्टेयर अनुदान राशि के बारे में जानकारी मांगी तो उनको बताया गया कि उनकी अनुदान राशि जारी हो चुकी है। जांच करने पर पता चला था कि अनुदान राशि एक निजी कंपनी के खाते में ट्रांसफर करा दी गई है और इसके लिए किसानों के फर्जी शपथ पत्र लगाए गए है।
सीएम विंडो से लेकर एसपी व डीसी के पास भी शिकायत की गई थी। एसआई सुरेंद्र सिंह की टीम ने आरोपी अंशुल आनंद को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस ने आरोपी को अदालत में पेश कर चार दिन के रिमांड पर लिया है। रिमांड अवधि के दौरान मामले से जुड़े साक्ष्य एकत्र किए जाएंगे।
सदर सोनीपत, थाना प्रभारी, सुनील कुमार ने बताया कि गबन व धोखाधड़ी के मुकदमें में कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी तत्कालीन डीएचओ को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। उसे चार दिन के रिमांड पर लेकर पूछताछ की जा रही है।
