दिल्ली आबकारी नीति मामला: कथित दिल्ली शराब नीति घोटाले के संबंध में, प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) दिल्ली-एनसीआर, उत्तर प्रदेश और हरियाणा सहित कई राज्यों में कई स्थानों पर तलाशी ले रहा है, समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई ने कहा। केंद्रीय एजेंसी द्वारा छह राज्यों में छापे मारे जा रहे हैं, जिनमें महाराष्ट्र में मुंबई, कर्नाटक में बैंगलोर और तेलंगाना में हैदराबाद शामिल हैं।
इससे पहले अगस्त में, सीबीआई ने दिल्ली आबकारी नीति के क्रियान्वयन में संदिग्ध अनियमितताओं की जांच के तहत आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के नेता और 15 अन्य व्यक्तियों और व्यवसायों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज की थी।

“मनीष सिसोदिया, दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री, अरवा गोपी कृष्णा, तत्कालीन आयुक्त (आबकारी), आनंद तिवारी, तत्कालीन उपायुक्त (आबकारी), और पंकज भटनागर, सहायक आयुक्त (आबकारी) ने संबंधित निर्णयों की सिफारिश करने और निर्णय लेने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई थी। वर्ष 2021-22 के लिए आबकारी नीति सक्षम प्राधिकारी की मंजूरी के बिना लाइसेंसधारियों को निविदा के बाद अनुचित लाभ देने के इरादे से, “एफआईआर को आईएएनएस ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में उद्धृत किया था।
केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने इससे पहले 19 अगस्त को मनीष सिसोदिया के घर की तलाशी ली थी और दिल्ली की आबकारी नीति के क्रियान्वयन में संदिग्ध भ्रष्टाचार के संबंध में विभिन्न स्थानों पर छापेमारी की थी।
विशेष रूप से, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल विनय कुमार सक्सेना ने दिल्ली आबकारी नीति 2021-22 के संबंध में 11 अधिकारियों के खिलाफ “गंभीर चूक” के लिए निलंबन और अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही शुरू करने को मंजूरी देने के कुछ दिनों बाद, गृह मंत्रालय (एमएचए) ने तत्कालीन आबकारी आयुक्त को निलंबित कर दिया। अरवा गोपी कृष्ण और उपायुक्त आनंद तिवारी।
