पुरानी पेन्शन स्कीम बोले दीपेंदर हुड्डा: हरियाणा के राज्य सरकार की स्थिति खराब होने के बाद भी स्थिति खराब हो सकती है – दीपेंद्र हुड्डा
दीपेन्द्र हुड्डा ने कहा कि विकास शुल्क वृद्धि पर प्रतिपक्ष के पुरजोर विरोध और निकाय चुनाव के डर से सरकार ने ये फैसला वापस लिया है।

चंडीगढ़/जीजेडी न्यूज: सांसद दीपेन्द्र हुड्डा ने मांग करी कि सरकार हरियाणा के कर्मचारियों के लिये भी राजस्थान सरकार की तर्ज पर पुरानी पेंशन को लागू करे। उन्होंने राजस्थान की अशोक गहलोत सरकार द्वारा पुरानी पेन्शन स्कीम (OPS) लागू करने के फ़ैसले का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि जब राजस्थान में कांग्रेस की सरकार ऐसा कर सकती है तो हरियाणा में भाजपा की सरकार ऐसा क्यों नहीं कर सकती। दीपेन्द्र हुड्डा ने कहा कि हरियाणा में भी पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम लागू करवाने की मांग को लेकर कर्मचारी लगातार आंदोलन कर रहे हैं। लेकिन उनकी कहीं कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। नयी पेंशन प्रणाली (एनपीएस) असल में शेयर मार्केट के जरिए बड़े पूंजीपतियों को फायदा पहुंचाने की सरकारी नीति है, जिसमें नुकसान कर्मचारी का और फायदा निजी कंपनियों को हो रहा है। यही कारण है कि सरकारी कर्मचारी लगातार इसका विरोध कर रहे हैं। NDA सरकार द्वारा लागू की गई नयी पेंशन नीति के तमाम दावे हकीक़त में जमीन पर खरे नहीं उतरे।
दीपेन्द्र हुड्डा ने कहा कि विकास शुल्क वृद्धि पर प्रतिपक्ष के पुरजोर विरोध और निकाय चुनाव के डर से सरकार ने ये फैसला वापस लिया है। नेता प्रतिपक्ष चौ. भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के नेतृत्व में हुई विधायक दल की आपात बैठक में खुली चेतावनी मिलने के 1 ही दिन बाद विकास शुल्क में की गई भारी बढ़ोत्तरी वाला तुगलकी फ़रमान रद्द करना पड़ा। विकास शुल्क में बैकडोर से ख़तरनाक बढ़ोत्तरी पर हरियाणा सरकार का यू-टर्न लेना जनता और विपक्ष की जीत है।
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि सरकार की मंशा है निकाय चुनाव और बजट सत्र खत्म होने के बाद इसे लागू करे, लेकिन हम ऐसा नहीं होने देंगे। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि पूर्ववर्ती हुड्डा सरकार के समय निकायों में कोई नया शुल्क नहीं लगाया, बल्कि वर्षों से चले आ रहे चूल्हा टैक्स, भट्टी टैक्स आदि को खत्म किया था। इसके अलावा भाजपा और इनेलो की गठबंधन सरकार ने जो भारी भरकम हाउस टैक्स थोपे थे उन्हें ख़त्म कर नाम मात्र के शुल्क लागू किये गए और जनता को राहत दी गई थी।
