केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को झटका: July 2021 तक केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के बढ़े हुए DA पर रोक, पुरानी दर रहेगी जारी
देश में महंगाई भत्ता को लेकर सरकार की तरफ से एक नया फरमान जारी किया गया है। सरकार की तरफ से यह साफ कह दिया गया है कि केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों का मंहगाई भत्ता अब 1 जुलाई 2021 तक नहीं बढ़ाया जाएगा। उन्हें अपनी पुरानी दरों पर ही महंगाई भत्ता का लाभ मिल सकेगा। इस समय केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स को 17 फीसदी का महंगाई भत्ता दिया रहा है।
- 1 जनवरी 2020 से लेकर 30 जून 2021 तक का कोई बकाया नहीं मिलेगा. मतलब एरियर का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा
- केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के महंगाई भत्ते 1 जुलाई 2021 तक नहीं बढ़ाए जाएंगे
एसएस न्यूज.नई दिल्ली। देश में महंगाई भत्ता को लेकर सरकार की तरफ से एक नया फरमान जारी किया गया है। सरकार की तरफ से यह साफ कह दिया गया है कि केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों का मंहगाई भत्ता अब 1 जुलाई 2021 तक नहीं बढ़ाया जाएगा। उन्हें अपनी पुरानी दरों पर ही महंगाई भत्ता का लाभ मिल सकेगा। इस समय केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स को 17 फीसदी का महंगाई भत्ता दिया रहा है।
आपको बता दें कि इससे पहले वित्त राज्यमंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर ने पिछले दिनों संसद में कहा था कि 1 जुलाई 2021 से केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स के लिए महंगाई भत्ता को अपडेट किया जाएगा। लेकिन 1 जनवरी 2020 से इसे नहीं बढ़ाया गया है। केंद्र सरकार ने यह भी साफ कर दिया है कि 1 जनवरी 2020 से लेकर 30 जून 2021 तक का कोई भी बकाया नहीं दिया जाएगा। मतलब की ये कहा जाए कि इन कर्मचारियों को अब एरियर का लाभ भी नहीं मिलेगा। 1 जुलाई से महंगाई भत्ता बढ़ने का फायदा 52 लाख केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और 60 लाख से ज्यादा पेंशनर्स को मिलेगा। वित्त राज्यमंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर ने राज्यसभा में एक लिखित जवाब में कहा था कि 1 जुलाई 2021 से महंगाई भत्ते की भविष्य की किस्तों को जारी करने का निर्णय लिया जा रहा है। इससे केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों के वेतन में बढ़ोतरी होगी।

इस समय केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों का महंगाई भत्ता 17 फीसदी है जिसे 1 जुलाई 2021 से बढ़ाकर 28 फीसदी किए जाने की बात चल रही थी। महंगाई भत्ता का कैलकुलेशन बेसिक सैलरी के आधार पर की जाती है। ट्रैवल अलाउंस भी डियरनेस अलाउंस के साथ-साथ ही बढ़ता है। ऐसे में DA बढ़ने पर TA भी बढ़ जाएगा। DA और TA के बढ़ने के कारण केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के लिए अलाउंस का हिस्सा बढ़ जाएगा और उनकी नेट CTC भी बढ़ जाएगी।
वेतन में बढ़ोत्तरी का क्या है प्रोसेस
7वें वेतन आयोग के नियमों की मानें तो एक केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारी के वेतन को तीन भागों में बांटा जाता है। जिसमें उसका मूल वेतन, भत्ता और कटौती को शामिल होती है। नेट सीटीसी एक केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारी है जो 7वें सीपीसी फिटमेंट फैक्टर और सभी भत्तों से गुणा किया गया मूल वेतन का योग है। नेट सीटीसी पता करने के लिए बेसिक सैलरी को फिटमेंट फैक्टर (अभी यह 2.57 है) से गुना करना पड़ता है। इसके बाद उसमें मिलने वाले अलाउंस को जोड़ा जाता है।
