कस्टोडियन विभाग की जमीन बिक्री की जांच कराने की डीसी से मांग

मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन ने उपायुक्त को पत्र लिखकर विशेष बाल गृह के पास कस्टोडियन विभाग की जमीन की बिक्री की जांच कराने की मांग की है। उन्होंने कहा कि बाजार कीमत को नजर अंदाज करते हुए इस जमीन को औने-पौने दाम पर बेचा गया है, जिससे सरकार को राजस्व हानि हो रही है।
उपायुक्त को लिखे पत्र में मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन ने समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित समाचार का हवाला देते हुए कहा है कि कस्टोडियन विभाग की आईटीआई चौक के पास स्थित 3 बीघे जमीन को महज एक करोड 45 लाख 30 हजार रूपए में बेच दिया गया है, जबकि इस जमीन का बाजार भाव तकरीबन 20 करोड रूपए है। उन्होंने कहा कि कस्टोडियन विभाग में बीते 20 साल से एक ही पद पर बैठे अधिकारी की भूमिका भी संदिग्ध है। ऐसे में जिले में कस्टोडियन विभाग की अब तक हुई जमीन की बिक्री की भी जांच करवाई जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस मामले की उच्च स्तरीय जांच करवाए जाने की जरूरत है, ताकि दूध का दूध और पानी का पानी होकर सच्चाई सामने आ सके।
